new app doesn't work, loads slow, virtual cards won't load, stuck loading for 5 minutes and still counting. trash

I am a long time user love the card . but the true problem is the app I always have a thing when I try to log in my password never work...... please there is a way to stop this inconvenience is a headache
I think their charging me $5 a month!!! that is ridiculous!!! other than that I like netspend, but can't afford to use them when there's tons of online banking apps.
netspend is terrible. there system has been down for 2 days now. nobody has access to their money and are getting late fees and charges and netspend is saying the don't know when it will be working. do not join this poor excuse for a bank. fet a really account!
I love this card and the app right along with it. The app itself is very easy to understand and navigate.
I've used NetSpend for a while now,I LOVE them..never had a problem or concern.If you're looking for a new debit card,I'd give them a try.
I cannot get the money off of my card at First Horizon. Because they say my name is not on the card. I need my name on the card with a new card. On the netspend card.
Never got my new account bonus despite fulfilling the requirements, and there's a $5 monthly fee that they try really hard to hide.
customer service was absolutely no help. do not have access to my money at all because of a typo signing up and now I cannot verify my identity even with ss card license bank account receipt of purchase. idk what to do at this point.
app good but bad service & bad cards tried to call risk management department and waited for nearly two hours to get through and then kicked off I will charge waiting time to get spend they said I was a high risk account hi risk $20. they were happy to accept but refused to give back so they are the high risk I don't recommend using these cards they settled a class actions lawsuit because of faulty refunds I'm asking everyone to avoid this technology bank how am I high risk over $20. USD not.
