new app doesn't work, loads slow, virtual cards won't load, stuck loading for 5 minutes and still counting. trash

I am a long time user love the card . but the true problem is the app I always have a thing when I try to log in my password never work...... please there is a way to stop this inconvenience is a headache

I think their charging me $5 a month!!! that is ridiculous!!! other than that I like netspend, but can't afford to use them when there's tons of online banking apps.

netspend is terrible. there system has been down for 2 days now. nobody has access to their money and are getting late fees and charges and netspend is saying the don't know when it will be working. do not join this poor excuse for a bank. fet a really account!

I love this card and the app right along with it. The app itself is very easy to understand and navigate.

I've used NetSpend for a while now,I LOVE them..never had a problem or concern.If you're looking for a new debit card,I'd give them a try.

I cannot get the money off of my card at First Horizon. Because they say my name is not on the card. I need my name on the card with a new card. On the netspend card.

Never got my new account bonus despite fulfilling the requirements, and there's a $5 monthly fee that they try really hard to hide.

customer service was absolutely no help. do not have access to my money at all because of a typo signing up and now I cannot verify my identity even with ss card license bank account receipt of purchase. idk what to do at this point.

app good but bad service & bad cards tried to call risk management department and waited for nearly two hours to get through and then kicked off I will charge waiting time to get spend they said I was a high risk account hi risk $20. they were happy to accept but refused to give back so they are the high risk I don't recommend using these cards they settled a class actions lawsuit because of faulty refunds I'm asking everyone to avoid this technology bank how am I high risk over $20. USD not.

hasn't ever worked just get an error message saying it's not you it's us... frustrating I can't access my money.

customer service was very helpful, if it wasn't for her, I would not continue with this card. I still can't figure out how to use biometrics!!!!!

The new update is terrible. Completely changed the look and the virtual cards show wrong expiration dates. The app is slower and just isn't as nice as before. You also lose the ability to customize virtual card colors and names after the update so now you can't tell the difference. Honestly, should just go back to the previous update. Edit: oh, and to top it off you no longer get in app notifications. You have to set up text or email. That's very odd.

i am trying to download a NetSpend prepaid debit card I bought a long time ago for $500.00 and never installed my debit card or used any funds on the NetSpend debit card so how can make sure it is a good active card I need to be able to access this debit cards funds just paid 500.00 but I lost my wallet in May of 2020 almost signed it into the app then but when my wallet went missing I had two 500.00 prepaid debit buy net spend will we be able to access my funds I purchased? I don't care what anybody says!! I've seen for myself and can HONESTLY say NETSPEND is an awesome service!!!! great customer service/I get my direct deposit 5-7 days in advance and I've tried many other banks,THERES NO LOVE LIKE NET SPENDS LOVE!!!!

while it is great for keeping an eye on my funds it is very limiting. I can't cash a check even though the website says I should be able to and when I try to add the card that was mailed to me my inky options are to generate a digital card or order a new one.

I just recently got into Netspend a week ago. I absolutely love the app, the features of keeping track of your money, and right away account notifications by phone number and email! I love their pink debit card. Have multiple cards or add someone to your account with a breeze.😃 Another plus about Netspend is that you can view your accounts by🧡 mobile or on your laptop/monitor! Their savings account is worth it!

I have several prepaid debit cards and NetSpend is by far the worst. there are multiple apps which is confusing and the ridiculous fees for just using the card for normal activities is just over the top. none of my other cards do this. the only fees I incur on them are out of network ATM fees if I use the cards in those machines. and there's no benefit over any of the others for paying the fees so it's simply being ripped off from what I've experienced. I've shredded the card and uninstalled.

Hidden fees and constant issues. You can’t add or withdraw under $10, and every withdrawal has a $2.95 fee they don’t clearly disclose. There’s also a $5 monthly fee just to have the account. App and website often glitch—I've been double-charged and locked out due to errors. Closing the account is a nightmare; online option never appears, and calling means getting the runaround. Not worth the hassle.

The app itself is fine. The layout is really easy to learn and get around, but the fees are ridiculous. There's a debit card transfer fee, an ATM fee, a money reload fee, a 'Monthly inactivity fee', even if you use the card almost every day, (which I am absolutely POSITIVE I did and I still got charged). And to top it all off, you get charged a fee for every purchase. Seriously don't waste your time.
