Been using neurolist: AI Planner for ADHD for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you break down big tasks and organize your to-do list in a way that makes sense for neurodivergent brains. Pretty solid if you struggle with task paralysis or just need a better way to plan your day.
Here’s what you do: you can add any task or project, and the AI will generate a step-by-step checklist for you. And there’s also a brain dump feature that’s great for getting all those random thoughts out of your head. And the app estimates how long things will take – that’s been super helpful for me.
Look, if you’ve got ADHD or you’re just generally neurodivergent, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a planner that actually works with your brain, not against it.
