Went to book an appointment, but when I tried to select a time I got a red error message that said "500". No idea what that means, restarted the app to try again, same thing. I guess the app is unfinished?

This app is awesome. I can book with anyone !! Get same to next day appointments. Also, for my birthday 🎂 I get discount coupon 🤪 OMG I cant wait to use it !! All the stylists are amazing at cutting my bob 😍 an coloring my green hair!! Did I MENTION the shampoo 🤔 are AMAZING!! Hot towels... omg say no more. LOVE Floyd's 99 ❤️ 😍 💖

The new app sucks. I hate that you can't type in the date of birth. The whole formate is not easy to use and I prefer to pay with cash not on my card. The app won't let you book an appointment without a credit card.

Only the most basic of services listed along with no phone number for locations. Essentially useless if you're looking for any other service than what's in the limited app.

Much better than the app they had before. Very easy to use, pick my location, pick my preferred stylist and then the best time and date that works for me. Also, very easy system for canceling an appointment.

The old app worked great. The new app didn't recognize my username and password, so I had to create a new account. It also didn't offer the opportunity to reset a password, but when I got a new account set up and logged in, it had a history of my appointments, so I don't know why I had to create a new account. Finally, I was not able to choose my stylist, just the time. All of these were features of the prior app. This is a giant step backward, and I will probably find another barber.

Works great but does have some minor bugs. For instance when you do a search for locations and type in your zip code nothing pulls up unless it's in your exact zip code. Not sure why the proximity feature is not working but it's an easy fix.

Creating a new account is annoying. You should be able to set a default location and stylist to your profile. Paying via the app should be an option, especially in the era of contactless payments. Date of birth shouldn't be required for booking an appointment either. The app lets you book appointments but it isn't as good looking as the old app.

New app requires to register again? The old app was easier for selecting the barber and the service. Also, I'm sorry, I'm not providing my day of birth for a hair cut. *Update. I stopped going to Floyd's because of this app for 2 main reasons, 1. Not all services are available for booking on the app compared to the website. 2. I search by times slot vs barber. I miss the old apps barber bios

I uninstalled the old app (they don't make it very clear, you have to scroll through all the reasons why the new app is so great) like I'm supposed to. I try to login in the new app and my credentials don't work. I check my password manager to verify, and it's definitely correct. I try to reset my password and "no account found with that email". Oh well, I've been a customer for years but I don't love Floyd's enough to go through all this for a haircut.

This app is really bad. No location knowledge, searching for a ship is horrible and doesn't have a map option, the different pages don't have a back button or state. It's just really poorly made. The old so was good, but it looks like Floyd's didn't want to pay for quality anymore so now this is what we get... At least after getting through everything I was able to make an appointment.

This new app is clunky and not as user friendly as the last one. It is disappointing that old account information did not transfer over, and the app quality is sub par to the original. The barber I use and like to select always shows as being non selectable past the current day, and you can't book more than a week in advance. My only guess is the old program had limitations in coding when it came to various shut downs or stores with limited hours in different states due to COVID.

I like the ability to pick your barber or just have anyone take care of you. I wish there were more options for services since my location has additional services that the app won't let me pick from, but otherwise, it's an easy to use and convenient app.

is this no longer Floyd's? when I open the app it says its another company and my location (the whole state) is missing

A MAJOR flaw is it requires you to enter your birthday (which already seems totally unnecessary) and the interface only lets you click backwards one month at a time. That means when trying to book through the app, you have to manually click HUNDREDS of times to get back to your birth month. You can't directly select the year, as you can from the web interface on a desktop. This essentially renders the app unusable for doing its only job - booking an appointment.

This is not the app for Floyd's 99 Barbershop. This is for a different retailer. Please fix and make the actual app for Floyd's available.

This app is broken now, when you download the app it doesn't open to Floyds. It has a completely different place that opens. Do Not Update This App!!!

this app used to work. I always booked my appointments on it. now its useless and doesn't even show any shop near me. also my account got completely wiped out and I had to go in and create a brand new profile.

In short, it sucks. It doesn't remember location you've used. You can't view staff pics, I'm a visual person and I'd like to remember who I've had cut my hair that I liked. The add appt to Google calender is completely stupid. It opens the browser and you have to log in. I'm in your app on a phone, use the calendar app on the phone!

Seemingly the only thing that can be done with the app is book appointments. However, in a big banner at the top of the booking page, it states that Floyd's doesn't take online appointments! Not sure the point of a booking app that doesn't accept bookings. Edit: I tried other locations, some in AZ, some in MA, and some at home. All say that they don't accept online appointments. I hate the phone so much, I might switch barbers.
