Description
I’ve been using New Recruit for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one tool for tabletop game players – you can build army lists, organize tournaments, and track your game results. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can import your army rosters in Battlescribe format, then tweak and save them. And there’s also tournament organizer features, which is pretty cool. And you can record your friendly and tournament games, and get stats on your win rates, best units, and more – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into tabletop strategy games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a one-stop-shop for all your gaming needs.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on New Recruit. I've tested a bunch of tabletop gaming apps and this one's pretty solid. The army builder is super handy and the tournament organizer is a nice bonus feature. The stats and analytics are really useful too. On the downside, the UI could be a bit more polished and the ads can get annoying if you don't pay. But overall, it's a pretty reliable tool that makes managing your tabletop hobby a whole lot easier.
