Been using the New York Comic Con 2025 app for a couple months now. It’s basically your digital guide to everything NYCC – you can find the latest news, panel schedules, guest lists, and all the info you need to plan your trip. There’s also maps of the Javits Center so you don’t get lost.
The app’s got some pretty cool features. You can build up your own virtual booth or artist alley space, which is fun if you’re an exhibitor. And the digital coupon book is clutch for scoring deals on merch and food. Took me a while to figure out some of the more advanced stuff, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a super useful app to have.
Look, if you’re a big NYCC fan, you’ll probably love this. It’s not perfect – the panel schedule can be a bit clunky and the ads can get annoying. But overall, it does a solid job of keeping you organized and informed. Worth checking out if you’re heading to the con this year.

So here's my take on the New York Comic Con 2025 app. I've tried a bunch of different event and conference apps, and this one's pretty good overall. And the maps and schedules are super helpful for navigating the convention center, and the virtual booth builder is a neat feature. But I do wish the app was a little more polished - the UI can feel cluttered at times and the push notifications get old fast. It's free to download though, so I'd say it's worth giving a shot if you're going to NYCC.

Every time I select an item for my schedule, the display jumps back to the top of the list. That's makes selecting take way longer than it should.
The app is garbage. Just go to the website and use that. It won't install. If you can install it, it crashes your phone or freezes it.
Let me preface this by saying this strictly about the NYCC App, not the convention itself. Whilst activating my badge for the convention, it's very misleading instructing to download this...
