Every time I select an item for my schedule, the display jumps back to the top of the list. That's makes selecting take way longer than it should.

The app is garbage. Just go to the website and use that. It won't install. If you can install it, it crashes your phone or freezes it.

Can't add exhibitors, guests, or artist alley to your favorites. Seems like the app gets worse each year.

It's annoying that we can't share event details, or even copy text or titles from the app. It would make it easier to share with friends

Can't log in at all.

Let me preface this by saying this strictly about the NYCC App, not the convention itself. Whilst activating my badge for the convention, it's very misleading instructing to download this app. It is entirely unnecessary to install this as it just directs you to an activation page that can be pulled up online without the app. It is completely useless and will bombard you with useless updates, waking you up from much needed sleep after attending said Convention. AVOID THIS USELESS APP OR DELETE!

I truly wish this had more information. Comic con is usually a mess for people the first time around. If this had more information about panels, and how to register for certain events, we could all virtually line up that way it won't be such a mess 😂 showed up 2 hours early to panel couldn't get inside. What use would a 15 min notification do me?! If you scan everyones ticket there should be a live count of how many people and how early you should be getting there.

No option to save booth favorites, bad quality maps that are blurry unless you zoom in so close you can only see 5% of the map. Certain parts I click on have errors leading to wrong pages. Also it's less than a week from the con and still seems incomplete. Old app was astronomically better.

This app has gotten A LOT better in the past few years. Whereas before it was unusable and pretty useless, now, it's actually pretty good. Bur, there are still guests and exhibitors missing from the app. Regardless, I will definitely be using this on the day of (doesn't have too much use outside of the actual days of NYCC, though).

The yearly update. Better overall than last year so far. Missing the integration of the account to sync the schedule with any reservations or extras but at least it's not tied to an unrelated social media account this year. Heading in the right direction I think.

Where is the whole schedule so I can pick what I want instead of you guessing what I want??

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache/data, and logged out and in in every conceivable way and the app still refuses to do anything more than just sync my favorites. No nycc XP info or lottery info updating, just a screen saying to log in. Clearly something is wrong with the app...

Doesn't clearly mark which panels/events had reservations. While you can try to get into any event at comic con it would be nice that it showed a panel had reservations. That way you can decide if you need to show up extremely early hoping to get an extra seat. Very confusing website, very confusing app.

There was an error on Karen Gillan's photo op. The regular epic photo site let us buy a photo op on Saturday at 12:40, another app did not display a session at that time. So we assumed that it had been canceled and requested a refund from epic photo. Epic photos says that they have nothing to do with this company and this is a third party app So they won't refund the money. They say it's the app's fault if there is a mistake. So be careful, you might lose a LOT of money using this thing.

Can favorite artist alley, exhibitors and panels, but you cant organize them in any way. They just fill into 1 giant list. My list is long and I'm only there one day, for someone there the whole weekend it'll be ridiculous. List is a pull out from the right about half with of screen, but cant fill screen fir easy reading. Worst though are the maps. The resolution is so poor I cant read the booth number unless Im so zoomed in I can only see 4 booths, so basically you cant use it to find your way.

There is no visible way to enter in existing reservations for photo ops. It would be really convenient if the tickets were available directly from the app.

I just want a floor map, but this thing immediately and incessantly just begins spamming you with notifications that are completely irrelevant and there's absolutely no way to turn them off even though they have a notification settings section that has just one useless field about event reminders. Please let me shut these stupid notifications off so I can give my thumbs a rest swiping all this useless information away.

The map is useful. Finding how to add favorites is not intuitive. I thought to go to interactive map, do a search and click on the booth to heart: does not work. Eventually i found out how. Activating a badge, takes you to a website instead of being in the app. Website in my mobile does not display nicely. Linking an account to the app asks for a6 digit code, but does not explain it was emailed. So I thought they wanted the code from the badge. Tried numerous times abs failed. Frustratin

Why make things better when you can make them worse? Last year's version was A LOT better. You can't save much. Only autographs and photo ops. No option to save vendors or Artists. The app is sort of pointless. It's a glorified map. Oh yeah the maps suck. Edit: So you can save Exhibitors and Artists now. Thank you. Still need some work on the map.
