I had an account with credit that I paid for, they removed number as I did not use it. it will not issue a new number. contacted support, their instructions dont work. Tried two phones and multiple networks. Support stops engaging, forcing you to make a new ticket. This app appears to be a scam now. it won't assign a number. it keeps loading ads full screen with no navigation aside from clicking the ad. they reply with same non working fix and won't help actually fix it. AVOID!!!!

It works when I need it. So long as I'm near wifi. Have yet to worry about needing credits. I did two of the tasks to aquire credits and aside from paying to keep my number I have yet to run out of the 60.00 dollars I earned from those two tasks. Been paying and using it of and on for a year I think... Maybe longer but I'm not super sure. Either way it's not the greatest app ever but it's a solid working app when I require it. I can't complain about that.

Terrible app. Worked okay for a bit, however recently lost phone number and not able to claim a new one so the app is effectively useless. Customer support is nonexistent. i have sent two emails to the customer service email and havent recieved anything back aside from an automatic message stating they've recieved my email. This was weeks ago. Find something else, there are better options.

This app is unique because it allows for making payments with a gift card and Pay Garden! That is how I have earned most of my credit in $USD. I have never had a credit card and I am not interested in ever having one. A credit card is too involved for me, unless it is a gift card or prepaid Visa, or something similar that can be used like a credit card.

It's been about a week that outbound messages aren't working with Verizon service. No updates or end in sight. considering downloading another app. Even before this, had trouble with some messages not being sent. I would check with the person on the other end and nothing would appear. not even an error message. Multiple problems. used to be a good app but not sure of that now.

Used this app for years, even used TextPlus for the longest time before the name changed. Now the app is breaking and getting worse by the day. Messages and contacts won't load, and half the time messages don't send at all. Few years back, I'd recommend this 110%. Now? Don't even waste your time downloading this. July 18th Update: they've now placed pop up ad boxes that can show up at any time, anywhere while on the app.....just...why?

I signed up for an account, watched a few ads, then paid for ad-free service. The next day, when I tried do login, it said the account was suspended. Then, after going to the help page, I tried again, and it said it didn't recognize my login information (and I know it's correct because I screenshoted the information when I signed up).

Constantly drops incoming calls or just doesn't let them through. Sometimes sends my texts.. sometimes. Can't picture message anymore, where that wasn't a problem before. Super laggy. Just pure trash at times. Edit: Does not notify me at all when someone calls or texts. I have to regularly check into the app just to see if someone called or text. Won't save contact names. Update: Emailed. Still missing calls. If I didn't need the phone number at the moment, I'd delete this and try another app.

Can't be used for number verification. Hope I helped save you time not having to download app. Editing this to respond to the dev: Nearly every single Third party nowadays does not recognize VOIP phone numbers as numbers that can be used for verification. That's going to be all your main ones you'd need it for: Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, etc. I was just here to inform others that they can't use VOIP phone services, like this one, for verification means.

I downloaded the app got my phone number and for very important reasons gave that phone number to one person to be able to contact me through...lol... all of a sudden the app starts telling me that I changed my email address and right before it started telling me that I spent 699 in paying for a phone call to be able to even come through that was now 26 days ago and I've heard nothing from them up text them every single day in the beginning several times... I'm going through Google app to get my refund there's plenty of apps out there that you don't have to pay a dime for to get calls in or out!!!
