I understand the attempt at making the new UI more engaging or visually appealing, but the core features and functionality kind of took a hit. Personally, I like to see the score of a game that's in progress, the record of each team, their schedule - past and upcoming and stats for the games. That's pretty much it. If it did nothing else, I'd be fine with it. Now, some of the fonts and icons are large and bulky and the way the page even loads after clicking on a link is sluggish.

It crashes often. Navigating through the menu can be too much for it. I clicked hide scores. But it was willing to show them to me on certain areas anyway. And have the courtesy to show the win loss record change instantly to spoil you also. The NFL is great at monopolizing their content in a way to sell of maximum garbage.....and we eat it up. No customer service either. It's just so awful. If my Mom wasn't using it, I'd find a better way.

This app is atrocious. it stops working while you are watching a stream, and then you have to go out and back in to get it to work again. It freezes and lags, better not click multiple times, it will lock it up. It was very frustrating watching the draft last night. I missed a couple of podium announcements because of this, and almost missed a few more. very unsatisfactory, especially when they ask you to pay for this service.

Not notified about renewal! I usually get a notification when renewal comes, but I got nothing, and my account was charged. I was going to cancel this subscription because you hardly get to see games, and if you can manage to see them, they have a delay to them worse than TV. Would love to know how to get refunded for something that doesn't work as it should.

Often worse than bootleg streams, an insult to fans. NFL should be ashamed. Just another example of being lazy and putting bad product out there because there's no other option. It regularly gets confused if you're logged in or not, will ask you to log in when you already are. Games regularly freeze even with great reception or hooked up to WiFi on the newest model phone. It has constant issues with trying to minimize or maximize videos. It has slide up/down tabs that don't work. Frustrating.

Updated Aug 2025: As seems to be usual, when preseason starts, the app doesn't work correctly on my newer phone, which is the only way I can watch live games. As this will continue, I decided that if that was the case this year, I would end my subscription. It took several updates to get it to work last year, and I did not like the changes. Works fine on an older iPad, but that won't work for live games since that is connected via Wi-Fi only. No sense paying for that level of service.

This app, from day one, has not provided a single clear streaming experience of any kind. Every time I bring it up on my TV, no matter what show I am trying to watch, it stutters, pixellates, goes dark, and then I get a playback error. Every time. Even Paramount+ is better than this. All other streaming platforms work just fine, and my TV is compatible with this app. Extremely disappointing. Actually, this is BEYOND disappointing! I have never seen a more worthless app! Complete joke! AVOID!

Every single week for 2 years. The app makes me sign back up for red zone even though it will show on my account that I'm already subscribed. I just don't get to watch Red zone. I literally pay for it and I never get to watch it. They're totally fine taking the money, but you know actually updating the website so you can watch it. No. This is absurd. 2 years update. The app freezes every 5 minutes during the draft. they can't even handle the app flow from an event where they just read off names

absolute garbage. the worst app I've ever dealt with. never works I pay for NFL plus to watch the preseason games couldn't watch them at all it constantly just said error and stopped working when you went to rewind fast forward or pause it would never work. tested multiple different apps at the same time they all worked flawlessly it is not the Wi-Fi. I want my money back NFL

My 4th 1 star review....1. Never works correctly. 2. Gave it another try. It will not let me watch + features event though I've paid for it (yes. I checked). I'm in the correct account using correct password. It logs in then when I select something it kicks me to the subscribe page. I've tried to reset in-app purchases. This app is a money grab. Pisses me off every year. You'd think I'd learn. Don't do it.
