Tried it blindly without looking at the reviews and I cancelled the subscription after 10 minutes. Their support team won’t give a refund even if they state a 30 day money back guarantee. UPDATE: I was given the refund, but the process wasn’t straightforward. I had some back and forth with the support to achieve […]

They should tell you upfront that there is a charge. This is going to affect further interest in trying an app. I just wasted 5 minutes answering questions to only get to a payment screen and uninstall the app. Create a better model if you really want long-lasting subscribers. I would like to have tried […]
I liked this app, but the cost is too prohibitive. Kinnu and other similar apps are free, why not this one? And why immediately charge your card when starting a free trial, why not the day after the free trial ends? Sketchy. There are plenty of other free bite sized educational apps out there. Edit: […]
I looked pretty cool in the advertisement. At download, it is described with in app purchases. What it didn’t mention was that a subscription is necessary. a free trial, then a one-time option to buy permanent access might even be acceptable, but to have to pay per month for access is not anything I want.
Saw an ad for this app on Facebook, I’m a trivia buff so I thought why not. Create an account, choose your interests, the app generates short 10 min learning lessons on the topics you picked. I tried a lesson in a subject that I know quite well. The grammar and syntax was a little […]
why don’t you people make it more clear that this isn’t a free app?! yeah it says “in app purchases” but that doesn’t always mean they’re not optional. I went through the whole questionnaire and made an account with my email address only to find out its a subscription which I could do without. now […]
SCAM. do not download. I haven’t had it in a while, but I bought a subscription back in the summertime. its probably bad for me to say, and they may patch this after mentioning it, but the only way I was able to cancel the subscription is through instagram internet search, where u will see […]
This was the greatest waste of my time and money. I am an educator spanning experience from middle school to high school including advance placement courses. I thought I’d try out nibble as a possible credit recovery or reteach of core concepts. The coursework offered by nibble was rudimentary at best and the interface was […]
Do not choose this app especially if you are depressed, have anxiety, or only want to better yourself. I tried to get a 7 day free trial period and I accidentally chose a different payment plan which then of course will cancel out your free trial period and you will be charged without getting a […]
Do not download this, even for the free trial! I canceled my subscription the day before my trial ended, was charged the $97 dollars anyway, and was not even given access to the full app! When I log into my account and click on the “see all” button, it literally tells me to either pay […]
I thoroughly enjoy the content, which makes the random closing of the app infuriating! One moment, I’m enthralled reading about boiling as a cooking technique, and the next, this app closes with no warning! This happened three times when I reached a specific page. Then, when I reopened the app, I could not pick up […]
I am very excited that Nibble finally has an app, the lessons are normally great, and I try to use it daily. Unfortunately, the app needs a lot of work. For starters, they need to have some way of tracking progress and hiding lessons when they are completed (or just marking them as a completed […]
This app does not track progress. Finished lessons still show up right when you open the app. it appears to not track progress so it’s just lists of individual lessons to do. no linear path and no tracking of progress. 30 day money back guarantee days you have to: ‘To do so, please demonstrate via […]
App seems great, but the “free trial” ended up charging me for a month right away. I’ll keep using it until it runs out at this point, but be careful! The cost is far too high for the time/knowledge/health value. A better price point would be $7/mo, which is more in line for an entertainment […]
After dropping of school because of epilepsy and not having an education, I downloaded this app in the hopes of boosting my knowledge in my free time. However after 30 questions to build my profile it asked for money. I’d rather it ask for money right away so I can skip wasting time on questions […]
I think it’s incredibly unethical to make the unsubscribe process overly complex. When I don’t want a service anymore, let me tell you no, I don’t want this anymore. I’m currently caught in a loop of sending an email to the email address they list to unsubscribe, which then opens up a Windows doc with […]
Was already a bit pricey at $11.99 but was willing to pay. Found the topics to be quite lacking overall, and then find out that I was enrolled in services I did not consent to for an additional $9.99 on the day of purchase, as well as a $19.99 monthly recurring subscription on the day […]
This app was suggested to me as an alternative to social media apps. I love the premise but unfortunately it’s severely lacking in content. I (wrongfully) assumed that paying the subscription fee meant that the content would be updated regularly or daily yet I get offered about 8 articles on each topic eg. Science (which […]
There’s potential, but so far, the app needs a lot more work. As some have already noted, progress isn’t tracked. You can’t see the lessons you’ve already done. Content is extremely limited. For example, in psychology, only Freud is covered, without even mentioning any critics of Freudian theory, which is a concern in my opinion. […]
I actually like the app but thought I was getting a free 7 day trial.. which i planned on extending because I do enjoy it, however I realized I was charged immediately. immediate cancel of subscription.. I would have been happy to pay for it had they truly given the 7 day trial as advertised. […]
