Was going great the first day. Now, I finish the surveys and get "survey closed". Oh, I'm sure it is after they gain all the info - for free! That spells SCAM for me. And NO, it's not that I'm doing them fast etc, that's just a lousy excuse because I was doing fine on all the 30c type ones. The $1 and over, rarely are they 'available'. Question: Why are they available till they're clicked hahaha - scam? There are legitimate surveys out there that pay $10 for 30min. This isn't one of those!

had to change my rating. I would pick 0stars . every single survey I'm getting now will let me get all the way through and after I press submit it disqualifys me. after I've already done it. we're talking a lot of time wasted on these surveys. im super upset. I think it's totally messed up that they won't even respond to my emails.

definitely do not do surveys on this app they will let you build up a balance and then when you go to the cash out they're going to come out with some excuse that something was wrong it was the way the surveys were done I had a balance the whole time if there was a problem with a survey why wouldn't they just take it out of the balance why would they wait until I go to withdrawal this app is shady and there is way better ones than this one can you please stay away you'll do yourself a favor.

like many others, once I reached the minimum amount to cash out, my cash out request got canceled. the first time they said I didn't use my real name(I did and even sent them a picture of my id) and the second time they said one of their survey partners flagged my account for not meeting their quality standards. they also advised me to "In the future, please make sure to answer surveys honestly and carefully, as this helps avoid issue" i actually took my time with each question and never lied.

I just redeemed a $5 Google play card for the second time and all of a sudden it was canceled almost immediately, I also lost all access to surveys. edit: I sent them an email, they told me to send then an email even though I did it already.

editing my review. used to be 4 stars, now I'm giving it 1. they did an update so now the surveys offer literally almost nothing for long amounts of time. it previously had 2 categories, shortest time surveys and best payout surveys. now that it updated, it's all mixed together and it'll be like "take this 25 minute survey for 15 cents" when it would've given you 1.15$ before the update. disappointing to say the least.

Nice survey is good , legit , so I give them 3 stars, because it offers opportunities to make real money. the questions are so simple to answer once you're successful completed the questions your account will be credited instantly, though I haven't qualify for withdrawal as a new user, but I have seen many of my colleagues cashing out massively.

I first of all gave the app a four star review because it was easy at first then later I began to get disqualified from all surveys after I managed to reach 5$ then I verified my number then my withdrawal was cancelled and my account was restricted this is very discouraging infact i am very disappointed the app is not what they say they are I have messaged their customer support hopefully I will resolve the issue

Don't bother downloading this app. I spent a few hours doing surveys and had enough to withdraw £5. They then decided to cancel the transaction and blocked me from doing anymore surveys. I've contacted them multiple times and have been told theres nothing they can do and it could be weeks or months for them to process my account. Absolute joke of an app. Will stick to my other survey apps in future that I've had no problems with!

This app is super glitchy, freezes, and so far has disqualified me from every survey after spending quite a bit of time answering the questions. It's just another scam to get your information without paying you for it. I recommend immediately removing this app from your phone after emptying your cache and deleting the apps information from your Apps tab in settings.

so far it's an easy way to make some extra change. I don't see anything negative except for being disqualified from surveys which happens on every app or website. and of course I would prefer if they paid more but it seems to be decent pay for the time that you're spending. would definitely download this app again.

The surveys are easy to complete and once complete the money is instantly added to your total. I haven't tried to withdraw yet so I will update when I do. The only problem I have run into is after completing one survey I was informed that the survey was closed and twice more it happened as I was getting close to the end of the surveys. It was more than a little aggravating.

I am utterly disappointed with this app and their customer service,I completed offers on the app,waited for the 7days pending countdown and was not given my rewards,next thing I know the offers and my pending balance disappeared without me getting paid for the offers I completed,I have contacted the customer care multiple times without getting any response..this is so frustrating and annoying

the reason why I'm leaving such a low rating is because I've contacted help when it comes to this survey app there's non-stop gaslighting when you contact them about the game and you thinking that there's changes that have happened and there's nothing at all. I even showed screenshots as well and that still didn't work. so if anyone wants to play this game do it at your own risk don't say I didn't warn you. I always told them that I was going to leave a bad review and not changing it at all. 🤬.

I'm honestly not impressed. The surveys are decent. However, I tried cashing out $5 today, and they promptly locked me out of my account. They let me put my phone number in for a verification code, but none ever came. We'll see if they respond to the support tickets I put in. Update: Customer support was able to help me get back into my account, and I was able to get my $5. So, no complaints now.

so far I have made a little over $1.00. If I do not get constantly disqualified , I will keep using the App. Otherwise I will uninstall..payments need to be higher. They are about the same as other Apps don't see what the big hoopla! Probably false advertisement, marketing scheme to get people to download. We shall see!

Kind of long winded, you'll definitely earn whatever is selected, will give it five (5) stars, if they enable direct withdrawals to CashApp, & not only to PayPal! Using only CashApp to avoid the fees others charge, taking away several surveys worth of funds that you'd spent the day earning! So, make CashApp an option & we will re-rate your app to five stars & give a greater review, the ball is in your court, please do this, if you can! -Thank You!- jim

Don't waste your time with this one. I spent 4 hours yesterday doing surveys and when I went to redeem my 5 dollars it got cancelled. apperantly I got flagged by their survey partners. So they got free answers and didn't pay me, even though I hardly rushed at all to warrant a flag. Very suspicious activity here, the only good thing about this app is how fast their support answers, but they're no help. Im off to a better app and so should you.

You won't get rich overnight but it does what it claims and will get you a few extra £s if you put some time in. I have found that the surveys take, without exception, longer than they state and often find the reward at the end is less than they claim too but as I just do them when I'm bored it's not a deal breaker for me. I have tried other similar sites but prefer this one. Cashing out was easy and done within a few hours of me requesting payment.

*EDIT: Adding a star. P/O to paypal took nearly 24 hours, I had to confirm my account and go back into the wallet to send it after it stopped pending. Maybe only the first time. Will drop the star if it is always difficult. **4 stars provisional until I cashout. The app lives up to its name. interactions with the app are actually nice and polite. I have received partial credit on a few unfinished surveys and the finish rate is similar to apps that pay me well regularly, but only about 40% more.
