So here's my take on NightOwl Companion. I've tried a bunch of sleep tracking apps and this one is one of the better ones, in my opinion. The smart sensor is a really cool idea and it works well most of the time. And the app is pretty user-friendly and the sleep data it provides is actually pretty detailed and useful. The only real downsides are the occasional connectivity issues with the sensor and the fact that the app can be a little glitchy at times. But overall, if you want an easy way to monitor your sleep without having to go to the doctor, this is a pretty solid option.

Description

I’ve been using the NightOwl Companion app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that works with a sensor you wear on your finger to track your sleep and check for any breathing issues. Pretty cool if you’re into that kind of thing.

The app walks you through setting up the sensor in just a few minutes – there’s some instructional videos that make it super simple. Then you just wear the sensor for the recommended number of nights and the app will analyze the data. There’s also some neat features like tracking your sleep stages and patterns over time.

Look, if you’re concerned about your sleep health, this is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the sensor can be a bit finicky sometimes and the app can be glitchy – but overall it does a good job. Definitely beats going to a sleep clinic, that’s for sure.
