Great app with a sh***y bug in it. It's showing my battery at zero percent half the time. And I keep getting the battery communication error. How are we supposed to feel secure and safe when I can't communicate with my bike. Also think the check is a gimmick. My bike wouldn't go on ready mode and the check showed everything was great, 100 points. ECU battery meter also doesn't work. Interface is nice. Easyish 2use. Map is accurate. But the above issues brings it to 2 stars. I have contacted niu

I really really wish the app stopped changing my dynamic mode limits. Yes I unlocked it to 30+, but that doesn't mean I want 38kmph.

Could use better Improvement for integrations with Google maps for directions. The niu app does not properly log trips accurately... AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD... DISABLE THE TUTORIAL FOR RIDING THE SCOOTER BECAUSE IT'S REALLY ANNOYING AND REDUCTIVE IN A TIME WASTER

My Niu mqi gt evo is inaccessible via the app, but the service is still active until 2026. What the hell? Tried to restart the ECU by removing the 12V battery 🔋, but it didn't help. 😊

Each time and every time I have to turn my scooter and my cellphone's Bluetooth connection on/off several times. This app is extremely frustrating to use bordering on useless.

This app costs about £30 per year after the first 3 years of being free. That's not mentioned when buying a Niu bike. The app works ok for checking routes (length often varies over the same route!!), current bike location (works usually ok) and for powering on and off the bike. the smart check is a waste of time and so are the random notifications. They add nothing. Not worth paying extra for.

This app is very unstable have to redo it if not used in a long period of time the scooter is great but this app needs more work

The pairing process is broken. If you add a new account using your phone number the backend system ignores your international prefix and creates an account in the +86 number range. There is no way to change that. The app is absolutely only for people who speak Chinese. Even though the interface itself is in English all notifications always appear in Chinese. Some of the English translations are extremely bad with no meaning at all. Need to do much better

I hate this app! Logging in is a disaster. The text fields are most the time not accepting the numbers I enter, by the time I almost entered the numbers the timeout prevents me from continuing. Request new code.. same issue. After 3 tried I get a message in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese. Not receiving codes anymore. And now I can't enter the app anymore. What a disaster and an example of failed programming.

the reason I'm rating the app with 3 stars is because I always have issues connecting to Bluetooth

This is a really good app sometimes the Bluetooth is wonky but other than that I been have a great experience with my k3 max

latest software update? to me it looks like control starts up and links up much faster.. improved torque/speed. seems like the first half of the battery pack provides more power on demand then Before. mileage seems improved slightly. more accurate reading. I think it was a good solid update. maybe slight delay on initial throttle. in my opinion prevents loss of control from a standstill.

I can't link my bike with my app always saying it's never online. just don't know how to ever sort it and even after paying £49 for the subscription.

Just OK for basic functions, poor for advanced features. Really Bad: does not log rides when run in the background on my S24. Bad: gives erroneous error message about unstable network when it really means clear the cache... wow. Annoying: gives a message about a missing beginner's tutorial on launch. Annoying: lacks detailed health details such as motor temp. Annoying: sharing ride details is really just sort of a screenshot, would be nice if the recipient could see what I see.

I had a fun first ride with my new KQi300 Max, and the setup and app are easy to use. However, now I only have Chill and Standard modes in dynamic, and I can't access the top speed. I'm not sure if it's because of my geo location and local bylaws for e-scooters that the app recognizes or if there's a bug in the app. July 23rd: App only save setting for dynamic mode, regen brakes and kick to start always need to be adjusted. The tutorial starts over every other use.

The app easy don't get me wrong. The communication of the app and bike is horrible. I can't correct my time on the bike nor change kilometers to miles per hour. I tried changing it in the app, signing out, unbinding then binding again and still nothing. Also lastly my charts of recent rides only show one address however the miles would be different. Major glitch in the system. Also I feel the new update glitched out some of the bikes speed.

It's a good app and I like that it shows me my rides and let's me change scooter settings. Here's some changes it needs: - If speed is set to mph, display records in miles and not kilometers. Idk why they didn't think to add miles to the app. - Allow your scooter to automatically connect to Bluetooth, instead of requiring you to go into the app to connect each time. - If Bluetooth is connected, have a setting to automatically GPS track your route instead of it only being manual.

Not a bad app. I have the KQI3 Pro and the app has only dropped connection once so far. Some of the screens go to Chinese which doesn't work for this market, but I am assuming the European and US markets are not as big as the Asain market. Would like to see some more options in the app, but otherwise everything works for me. It did take me a few to figure out how to change to mph, but that was mostly just a hard ui to navigate.

As for the latest cycle, the MQI GT EVO the software application is barely useful at all. The tire pressure monitors bind but won't function. The battery status info is not consolidated and generally erroneous. Now I don't want to give the wrong impression, I love the bike and the app provides 20% effectiveness consistently. I get the impression that the latest bike was pushed out without a matching application. The only thing that would help is a application a complete rebuild.

I have to use this app to connect with my new KQI3. It's a nice app. However, the app doesn't work when I'm connected to WiFi. (Other apps and browsers work fine, but this app says "Network error, unable to access information" and doesn't allow scooter control.) 1. Why does it stop recognizing my vehicle when it cannot connect to it's network? 2. Why does it not work when I'm connected to WiFi? I restarted my phone, but it still doesn't solve the network error issue when on WiFi. Please fix.
