Was a good app(I even took a paid plan to search houses). But for a month now, I can’t log in on phone or desktop. Support team said it's a technical issue being resolved, but I wonder if it's just my account or a widespread problem. How can paid features work if no one can log in? how does the company survive?? Later, support agreed to a pro-rata refund, but I’ve received neither the amount nor any email confirming it’s being processed. 2 ⭐ just because it was useful in the beginning.

This app is very useful to find the rental house. I request the team to give a filter option to search quickly like Ground Floor,1st Floor etc.. To find a house based upon our floor preference is very difficult.

Don't install this scam app. Intially they will collect money in the name of plan and later of we visit the property and again they will collect money in the name of service charges. so it may take totally 20k. And even if the owner rejected the proposal they aren't intiating our refund which was collected as service charges. so No Broker just collect money just as Broker did it in older and normal days. if broker asks for 1month rent as comission and Nobroker does the same and loot money

They're starting to charge a service fee that's half a month's rent for some properties, even though they say they're a no-brokerage platform. A lot of the listings look like they're put up by Nobroker, and the owners aren't responding, so only like, 30-40% of the listings seem real. Before you pay for a plan, they make a lot of promises that aren't true, like they'll get your contact back for fake or rented-out properties, but it barely ever happens. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience.

worest app for many reason's 1. Even though I sign up its again asks for sign up in just 20 min I got more than 7 times. 2. if I search for one location it showed in another location not accurate. 3. If I set the filters of my requirements after opening to one property all the filers will change. 4. in filter there is a glitch that when I'm setting up the price first it come perfectly after if I want to change the price the lowest it showes was 2Lk.

The app itself is okay, but the constant spam calls from their support team are unbearable. Every time I just scroll through the app casually, I get bombarded with calls within minutes. Even after disconnecting, they keep calling dozens of times a day. It feels like they don’t understand the difference between browsing and needing support, or they’re forcing their team to call every hour. Very intrusive and frustrating. If I need help, I’ll reach out myself. Please stop calling.

The interface is the worst by all means. Whenever I open the app, it doesn't show my dashboard and it always lands on to the home page which is irrelevant. But at times it randomly lands up on my dashboard and when I open next time I get the home page again. Navigation wise its still worse. If I want to access my so called dashboard I have to go to side bar and keep searching. Overall the functionality is very poor and needs to be improved a lot. Disappointed.

It is just a scamming fraud app. I have purchased the basic plan 2nd time with my 2nd mobile number but I couldn't get owner contact details from the app. Nobroker customer care is not giving me proper response. they have just getting my details and disconnect my number. Nobroker customer care service personnel just disconnect my calls after getting my complaint details.They have not even have the courtesy to respond to the complaint.
