Caused nothing but problems. I unsubscribe and walked away from my yearly subscription. The tried without luck to totally deactivate voicemail via the app by dialing *73 as described by the app, yet the program refuses to go away. I am do upset with this awful app and can't get rid of it even though it is un-installed and all directions followed for removal. Don't buy!

Terrible app. Deleted ten minutes after installing because it did not work. I didn't realise I needed to do anything else until they charged my account $55. Even if I had known there were additional steps to cancel, I'm not convinced it would work because I sent an email (the only means of Support) five (5) days ago asking for a refund and it wasn't even acknowledged.

Blocks all calls so that NO calls get through, even the numbers in you phone's call (your contacts) list do NOT get through ...

great, I really enjoy not hearing all those spam calls.

How do I erase messages I received? My outgoing message has a very long pause before someone can leave a message. How so I change my outhoing message or shorten the time before the beep.

works well but it is very hard to figure out missed calls. i will see if there is something better out there when my subscription is up

It blocks spam and robocalls but it pretty much blocks any call that's not in my contact list. App has blocked calls from the hospital, my doctor's office, companies that I do business with as well as my insurance company.

according to the stats in the app on my phone, you haven't done anything for me for 8 months!

Problem is it blocks almost every call. Very hard to answer a wanted call. It's really slow at getting me to my caller that I want to talk to. No refunds or I would cancel. It doesn't even let any calls ring do you never hear anything. Very frustrating.

Hmm, I bought the family plan and I cannot get the other phones to start. So, did I waste money? Is there someone to contact to find out what I'm doing wrong? I can't say that makes me happy being an older guy who's not good with phone apps.

My clients should not have to wait 2 minutes in order to be able to talk to me. We need systems that automatically block spam calls, not ones that make everything more difficult. I'm very dissatisfied.

I am very new using Nomorobo and need more time to learn. it's too early to make a review, but the first 5 days of the suscription notice more peace of mind and much less caller harassing and steeling your time and concentration.

worst app ever! I can't pause the call screening unless I delete the app. I tried to make an acct online, and only starts a new acct which I don't want. the calls you do accept go into nomorobo and is quite a feat to put the number into my phone without nomorobo being the directory for the number...pain in the aas😡

finally I found the best one. spam calls do not ring. the filter where it asks the caller to identify the reason for their call and hit the number one works beautifully well. I tried like eight others before I got to this and so it's definitely worth the subscription price!!

Super fast and easy to set up and starts working right away. Haven't had a robo call get through in months since downloading. I love that I can still get calls from numbers I don't know and see who they are before deciding to answer it. The voicemail to text is great and even highlights if they gave a callback number that I can click to call.

Completely, utterly, worthless. I was tracking # and subject of calls before Nomorobo. Not only did it not reduce the # of calls, but the exact same two major ones - solar power and home improvement (same computer voice) are still coming through. Plus, Verizon advertises this as a free service, but at least to use the app there is a subscription, which nowhere on the Nomoroboo site will they tell you...I guess you have to sign up for their "free" time period and charge your credit card?

Easy to set up &to review blocked calls. Don't have to turn on the txt functionality (I'm not having problems with spam txt). Just calls, works beautifully. The only thing I would change is incorporate a "No Longer In Service" message when blocking callers. Automation recognizes that message & often removes your number from their call list because spammers want to sell "verified numbers."

I just bought it and right off the bat the app froze while setting everything up (I got to the SMS setup page - had already finished with phone codes and recorded the call message). I closed out the app and tried to begin again, but this time it froze up on the 1st page. Ramit Sethi recommended this, but it doesn't look like they've gotten the bugs worked out yet. If it ends up working (after spending time redoing what I already spent 20 minutes working on) I will update the review.

Love this app but it badly needs an option to be able to copy a phone number to the clipboard so that we can easily Google it or whatever. Having to manually type out the number or go to add it as a contact or call it then copy it from there is tedious. This is the only reason that I'm not giving this 5 stars. We also need a way of configuring the default behavior. For instance I would prefer everything to be sent to voicemail instead of just hanging up, but there is nowhere to configure that.

4 and a half stars... make it easier to accept/ answer calls when the caller is announcing the reason for it, and I'd say full 5 stars. It is difficult to get it to pick up, and I usually hang up on them (Samsung S21 fe). my girlfriend's phone does too (iPhone 16 ProMax). To be fair, maybe easier with repetition. We just don't get that many calls like that.
