Description
I’ve been using NoteSnap – Banknote Identifier for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses AI to help you identify and catalog your banknote collection. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you just snap a picture of your banknote or upload an image, and the app will automatically match it with its database and give you all the details – the name, country, year of issue, and so on. There’s also an option to save your banknotes in the app, which is pretty cool. And the app saves your snap history, so you can easily keep track of what you’ve scanned.
Look, if you’re a banknote collector, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the database could be a bit more comprehensive – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to manage your collection.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on NoteSnap - Banknote Identifier. I've tested a bunch of these types of apps and this one's pretty solid. The AI-powered identification is surprisingly accurate, and I like how you can catalog your collection right in the app. And the interface is clean and easy to use too. But it's not without its issues - the database could be more extensive, and the ads can get a little annoying if you don't pay. Overall though, I'd say it's a great option for casual banknote collectors.
