I love their cakes. I ordered them for occasions. The reason I gave 1 star is because they charge service fee when ordering online, but there are no fees in person.

App showed I had a free bundtlet offer but when I tried to redeem in store it pretended I supposedly already redeemed it then disappeared. Very poorly designed app...

I just really like these cakes! They are so soft and delicious. They always taste fresh and they have good flavor! I LIKE that they have new flavors to try out. When I buy these and bring them home, even my cat wants to pick a little frosting lol

We love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I get it often. The staff has always been friendly and the cakes are something I crave.

Ordering was a snap. The only thing that will make this process better will be if the order is ready when I arrive. Fingers crossed!🤞🏾

This place is dangerous. The cakes are DELICIOUS, and the people that work there are SO NICE. And fortunately (or unfortunately for my wallet and scale), I work almost next door to this place, and it's FAR too accessible on my lunch breaks. 😅🤣

The app doesn't work as ssoo many others have stated. also, I've been giving my phone number at the point of sale to no avail, apparently. the points have not been calculated, and now the app says my purchases are too far back to upload.

I think the process it's easy. It was very explanatory, ordering online. It was my first time. Their products are very good and my wife loves them as well. If you want a delicious treat, make sure to stop by.You won't be let down

Best dessert & gift idea ever! And they deliver!! I especially love going inside the stores though. The sweet smelling aroma, fun books & gifts to browse thru while waiting., and I always have great conversations inside whether that be with other customers or the employees. You just can't go wrong with Nothing Bundt Cakes for yourself and/or others; Everyone loves them!

I just moved to the area and discovered this amazing store. I have tried almost every flavor, including the flavors of the month. These bundt cake are delicious! It was the best cake I ever had. I have bought everything from bundtini's mini bundt cakes smaller than a donut but full of flavor. I also have bought the larger bundt cakes, which are huge. My favorites are the bundtlettes, which are personal size bundt cakes sealed in their own container. The oreo one is my favorite.

The app started declining all my cards after placing 1 order each. I can't use any points and Contact Support has no way of letting Thanx know since it redirects to the bakery review page, which has nothing to do with paymenys getting declined. Terrible experience!

Fresh cake with tons of frosting! Regular BOGOs make them a fabulous value. Not a fan of the tiny ones, just too small this dryer and almost literally bite-sized. Especially avoid with hungry kids. Individual size rules! Don't try to eat it all at once though. Savor it at least twice. Containers reseal easily and repeatedly. Pineapple in the carrot, but no coconut makes it the best around.

Need to pay extra fee to order through the app! should be free! Points earned and used display style is not user friendly at all. Would like to show the balance of the points with each transaction.

just a little frustrated with the app I already. I've been set up on the app for over a year. for some reason when I went out there today had to re-register and was a little frustrating doing that. but finally I had success and I was able to place my order when I called the store. long wait and manager wasn't available and so if I place my order through the store I wasn't. I wouldn't have been able to get my discounts etc. so that was kind of frustrating

This app clearly does not track purchases correctly for points. I bought all the bundtlets required in the required timeline for their "Summer Vibes Challenge" and never received the points. Two months later I'm still fighting for the points advertised through the promotion and it's given me such a bad taste for this place that I'm just done. Local bakeries have significantly better cakes anyway.

App is HORRIBLE! First off, why do I have to set up an account with the card I use to make purchases when I already HAVE AN EXISTING ACCT?? I use more than one card to make my purchases depending if they are personal or business-related expenses. Can you add more than one card? Who knows! I never registered, because of the terrible UI and lack of common sense registration for those who already have an acct via our email...

It's easy to place an order from the app, BUT it doesn't let you preview what the decoration would look like, so ultimately I decided not to spend the extra money on individual cakes as the decoration and ribbon and such that I wanted to add wasn't available to view, so I had no idea what it may look like. If you're trying to give someone something special, you don't want to "hope" this $80 cake comes out correct, ya know?

The app is ok but lacks a little common sense. I am absolutely NOT going to enter my card into this app- no one who has a basic understanding of cyber security would do so. which leaves entering receipts. Well that is totally fine- I don't mind at all. The issue is that there is no way to enter an emailed receipt! Its too easy to forget to get a printed one in a world where you basically always click "email receipt" which then leads to you losing rewards.

App isn't good- no descriptions of the cakes and worse, you can't use gift cards for purchases. What's the point of gift cards if you can only use them in-store? So now instead, I have to pay out-of-pocket because I need to pay ahead of time. Very inefficient and backwards way of operating. So I guess that's more of a business operations and procedures problem than an app problem.

Signed up on PC. First time log in to app, it said my Internet connection was too slow and I'm on fast Wi-Fi. Tried again and got an email link that seemed to log me in but took me to a blank profile info screen where I had to re-enter my name, phone. etc. even though that was already done on PC. Prompts to download the app INSIDE THE APP I'M ALREADY USING. No discounts, no BOGO, you need 400 points to get anything. That's $40. Nope. Prompts to sign up email which I'd already done twice.
