doesn't give coin only points and even than you have a hard time getting the adds. stories are good but only if you subscribe came you read and it is to expensive.
They all advertise "Free Reading" qith no costs or advertisements...but it is a big fat lie...if you have used up all your coupons/coins or points,you have to buy from them,which means nothing is for free on all these apps.....Pure False Advertising 😡
I bought a subscription for 1 week only. Now i cancel it, they said okay it has been cancel. But what the heck, they renew it any i got my card deducted for that subcription, without my go signal. Your app is sucks, return my money and answer my email
If you subscribe using in-app purchase/Stripe (not through Google Pay), there’s no clear way to cancel in the app. I contacted support as their policy said, but got no reply until I used the Feedback section, and it took days to resolve. If you're trying to cancel, act early and take steps to prevent being charged again. I suggest avoiding this app if you're not comfortable dealing with these issues or just choose the Google Play option cause it's easier to manage subscriptions.
The process of buying coins for chapters is dumb you either pay weekly or monthly. Then the coins you earn have to equal up to 200 before you can convert them over to coupons which is use for chapters. Then you only earning 8 coin a task which there isn't many task to complete. The novels are good but the process isn't worth it
I am utterly disappointed with this app. There is no way to cancel the subscription by yourself. 2 days prior to the next payment deadline I contacted through the feedback option to ask them to cancel my subscription before the deadline to avoid the extra fee. Not only it took them 2 days to answer, after providing them with the requested informations they failed to proceed with it resulting in the extra payment. After that there were no answer and the next payment deadline is in 2 days...
This app won't let you unsubscribe even though you made the cancellation before the trial period ended. Even if you check your play store subscription it won't appear. Tried emailing them before the trial period ended but they ONLY replied once my trial period ended and I was already charged with the fee. The email will suggest you to check your play store subscription or PayPal (whichever you used ) to cancel it... but how can you cancel something that is not in the list?!?!
Do not use this app or anything by this company. They will start you with a small sub and then say it is $14.99 weekly after that. Apparently a week is every 3-4 days to them. They also don't give you any way to easily cancel. You have to jump through a bunch of hoops to do so. Buyer beware.
disappointed that you can only open the next chapter for coupons, when you can only earn points. Some of the stories have a captivating start but as you get into them, you are expected to pay a ridiculous amount for a year of subscription or wait daily to open them after you have used the coupons you have earned. such a shame.
I just got this app. after reading a chapter, it asked me to do this in order to gain some coupons. you should at least give a little in order to get a little. there are other apps thar offer more free chapters (that's longer) and then they give you pay options that's reasonable.
