I started to like a novel on this app, but unfortunately I stopped and uninstall it after charging 4 times. The price is too much that it will rob your food in a day. This 4 times I mentioned cost me (4x4.2= 16.8$) in just around three hours of reading.

Can't click on watch video for coins doesn't work. App closes on its own. Don't get many chapters before asks for more coins. I have kindle as well and kindle reading is app is much better.

Very good books.

Despicable, this app has good stories, but to have to keep paying to open chapters is insulting. When I had to pay over 40 dollars and still haven't finished the story. I have never been so disappointed. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Poor service. My subscription wont show up in google play so i cant unsubscribe myself and they wont help. I tried to message them within the app and email them and so far nothing has been done. I will change the review if my problem is fixed but it's not looking good..

I used to enjoy this app, but recently it's become very difficult to use. It's changed the language and I'm not sure how to change it back, as well as you can't watch any of the videos or anything to claim extra coins. If they don't want us claiming coins to read the chapters say that don't have something their that doesn't work and add to use that doesn't work. Use to enjoy this app now it is becoming really annoying

The reader is buggy, some chapters are just 4 sentences long due to bugging reader. Sometimes the chapter load full and most of the time not even loading. The reader also randomly loads pages not related to the current chapter Just now I lost access to unlocked chapters.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! I'd give it 0 stars but unable to. I use coins to unlock chapters but it takes my coins and NEVER unlocks. I've sent emails to support and no response. They don't care. The books are unfinished. They take your time and money with not a care.

Books are good, but recharge is very poor. I recharged twice, the amount got deducted and I still haven't received the recharge. Plus the costumer support is also very poor. No satisfactory response is given and agent assistance is not available. It needs to be improved. Greatly disappointed

Scammers, classic scammers. You need to buy coins to unlock the chapters,no problem,once you get coins next chapter you wanna unlock ,game freezes up takes away all your coins, doesn't unlock the chapters,and of course customer service is AFK and sending you automatic B's messages that have nothing to do with your issues with the app. Scammers, AVOID THIS APP.

Unless you want to pay 300$ to read a book dont bother. They rip you off. First it says it's a discount if you buy chapters in bulk. Then they still charge you for reading after you've already payed for the whole book. It's cost about 100$ to buy all the chapters in bulk for a book. Then it's about another 200$ to finish reading it. They give you 15 coins a day to check in but some chptrs require 320 coins to read it. You only get 1000 coins for 19$ at 320 a chptr that 20$ Pd for 3 chapters

Its a beautiful app with good storyline, good characters and good english translations... with complete story writeups, ever since I came across this app it kept me glued to my gadgets.. I always recommend it to everyone who loves complete stories.. almost all the stories are sometimes keeps you in suspense, intriguing, fascinating, not like other apps that will be having similar storylines and even bad english, i accidentally came across the app on the Facebook and I'm glad I did, just love it.

App keeps saying i have something to collect yet nothing. Settings says English chosen but the tasks, etc are in a different language. Ready to find the stories on a different app or somewhere else I can read. Not impressed & when I try to get help through app nothing happens. Still in a different language instead of English. Had english for tasks until new update. Back to not English & collecting messed up again!!! Chapters unlock without asking me!!! Plus if you reply speak English!!!!

Absloute piss takers! So I re downloaded the app to again request to stop sending me emails when I don't have an account anymore only to not only get no help after using the contact support but for it to auto end you guys are absolute jokers ALL I FRIGGING WANT is for you to STOP SENDING ME EMAILS. I have unsubscribed and you still send them. My account is no longer active or existing yet you send them. And now I have redownload the app used Annie and customer support and NOTHING

I can't rate this app because I've tried 3 different books and haven't even gotten through two chapters in any of them. The books just disappeared or change language. So l can't read them. My settings are setting to my language. So unknown rating for this app. Oh you have to choice one star before you can post your comments. So not even one star.

This app charges you for chapters even if you've purchased a bulk chapter pack! I've just purchased 30 chapters and been charged for several under the bulk pack twice. Also, they've charged 2200 coins for 5 chapters (equalling nearly $30AUD), but somehow 30 chapters costs 800 coins??? Plus, with my $32AUD recharge, I was supposed to get 2000 coins and a bonus 800 coins.. but after everything, my coins have all gone.

I enjoy reading immensely. I'd like chapters to be consistent in pricing. I'd also like more options for getting free coins for reading. Yes, we are happy to support the various authors, but it just becomes way too expensive to purchase coins all the time.

I bought coins and unlocked chapters but went I went back a couple chapters I got a message saying that my chapters are now "invalid" and I have to repurchase them. When I go to the help desk it's an automated message that says annie is away from her "desk". I've been trying to get a hold on the help desk for a couple days now and it's the same response. I really want to finish my book but this is annoying me to no end and I may have to forget this book.

I like this app. Once you start reading a novel, you just want to go finish. On the side, the chapters are a little bit expensive even w coupons.
