worse app ever, signed up for a trial of their vip, because it said you can cancel at anytime... except I can't find how to cancel and they keep trying to charge my PayPal and all my cards on there, to the point I had to move ALL my money over to my husband's account.

Horrible endings to books. No closure just leaves you hanging after reading 130 chapters with poor editing misspelled words, character names incorrect. Wouldn't waste my time or money.

this app is nice have good books but I dont like when you are looking for coupons its not to much choice almost all the task are to get points and I really don't know for what are those points its not fare see those advertised for anything or wait until I dont no when release a chapter that's the reason I block a lots of app because you get hook with a book and if I dont pay I can see the rest of the book I think im going to go to those free apps I wish I can finish this book but I dont know

I have just started with this app and so far I am enjoying the book & options to get points/coupons. Just wish you could either be able to get more coupons/points per day or be able to watch more ads per chapter. otherwise I think this app is very good.

be aware of subscribing to this app. They don't show a subscription canceled tab anywhere in the app. If you pay through Paypal, be careful adding your bank account routing to pay for the subscription because they will take the money out of your bank without your consent even though you canceled it through Paypal. additionally, their support team sucks! They will ignore and won't help you cancel your subscription.

this app doesn't give the option to use points to open chapters unless you have 200. You're able to buy chapters on other apps with points. Also noticed you have to get a subscription if you want to continue reading.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! THEY WON'T LET YOU CANCEL! I'm going through blocking them on my credit card and trying to get my money back. They say to email them to cancel, which I did...72 hours before it would renew, and? NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.

Good Books. I do like that you can watch 2 adds to unlock a chapter instead of having to take out expensive subscriptions, I just wish there was more opportunities to unlock free chapters per day rather than just one.

I just started reading on this app today,so it's too early to say how it's going completely. But I can say that it seems like you have to start buying coins to read early on and the infomercials are too dog on long on most of these apps!!!! So I will update half way through to give an accurate review after reading for a moment.

Not the best with obtaining coupons to read book without pain an arm and a leg for a story. Points can be redeemed and exchanged for coupons but it's take so many just to gain a few smh. Honestly it's a money pit imo.

people can't always afford to subscribe have the option to pay pay or chapters would be better for some, or to the for the book outright so you can read the whole thing and not just part of it. major put off constantly being offered only part of the story then it being impossible to read the next bit.

I love this app! the novels are enticing and make you wanting to read more. wish you didn't have to pay to keep reading but they have other options to get coupons like watching ads or completing tasks. you just have to reach 20 coupons to read a chapter which is easy in a way.

started charging multiple times in 1 week. cancelled via PayPal and reclaimed the money via PayPal. the app itself did not provide a route to sort the issue so I had to go via PayPal. if you sign up, make sure you go with a payment method you can challenge the charges

Well it's a bit laggy the app it self, I just started to read my first book,but I already noticed as the rest of the same type apps don't grant u some free stuff just one chapter a day,the points system is wrong if u asking 25 per chapter try to give people atleast once a day that amount, 8 points a day is nothing.I already fell that I will loose interest in couple days it's just not worth cuz I have apps which gives 16 chapters a day free and atleast 5 chapters u can buy from add coins.

The stories are good. it is way too expensive to be able to do the subscription for weekly $15 a month when one book could be less than $10 at a bookstore. very expensive and can't really afford to continue reading books on your website.

i gave 3 stars because i feel like the book is probably good. however, you can only read what they put in the ad then you have to subscribe to it weekly/yearly, or watch ads. I don't mind watching ads, but you get "points" to watch ads and can only watch so many a day. you then have to accumulate 200 points before they can be cashed in to get "coupons" to open the chapters. then come back tomorrow to read 1 more chapter, rinse and repeat. it really isn't worth the effort ✌️

once i subscribed via credit card, there is no way to unsubscribe it on its website or on novelove application. It's such a nuisance to email them and the credit card company to unsubscribe for upcoming payments. limited books to read as well. I finish reading what they offered in a few days in my language. Each novels are very short and after a few, they are about the same plot. I'm looking forward to get their response to unsubscribe me since there are 6 more days for next payments.

I enjoy reading on this platform. it would have been great if you could give more tasks to acquire more coins so that reading would be made more easy and enjoyable. is not a must to subscribe, at least. It should have provided a way to purchase coins as little or more as you can. Try and make your platform suitable for all readers. So anyone earning high or low can enjoy reading on this app and give more tasks to your readers to make their experience better. the stories are amazing and enjoyabl

So far I am enjoying this app. Not terribly expensive but when you are broke all the time, every dollar counts! You can earn coupons by watching ads and checking into the app everyday but I am impatient. If I have to slowly build up coupons to unlock chapters, I probably won't finish reading it and will most likely uninstall the app. But if you have a few dollars to spare and love reading, it's great!
