subscribed to the app to read 1 story for 99ct , tried to cancel and while surcharge the screen was lagging and I ended up subscribing for 129$ from a year with one single click. contacted the help center and they claim that because of "intense reading in the last 7 days" nothing can be done. Haven't read a single word since accidentally subscribing and told them that I had a 1 week subscription before. very shady

I downloaded the application to see one story, paid a small fee of $3 that implied it would lead to more payments. When I was trying to find out if I was subscribed from this, I clicked on the subscription service area to try and find out more and it AUTO. CHARGED ME. $200!!! No pop-up, no questions, no confirmation AT ALL. Just immediately charged me through the same way I paid the $3. It completely bypassed my Play Billing authentication settings. This is actually insanely bad.

I would've given 0 stars if i'm allowed to do so. Honestly i don't remember ever subscribing to anything on this app. It has been 2 months and they are still auto-purchasing from my card via paypal. When i downloaded back the app to cancel my subscription, the instructions were very unclear and useless because there is nothing that tells me whether i've subscribed or not. I have emailed them multiple times yet, they still did nothing to address the issue. This is outrageous and ridiculous!!!!

App is a scam run. They don't let you cancel. they give you the run around inthe app says you can cancel anytime, but nowhere in the app does it let you. 9.99 a week is crazy. so many books are horribly written decent plots but very badly written. It feels like AI writing. Do not even do a trial because you can't cancel. Help and support in the app have two faq questions, don't let you search other questions, and won't let you chat with anyone to help. I will have to go to my bank and show them

I paid the .99 cents to finish a story I started reading and then tried to cancel and there is literally no way to cancel and no customer support. it doesnt show up as a subscription in the app store. there's no website. nothing.

ridiculous pricing for low level editing. they want subscriptions to read these stories and the pricing is ridiculous especially when the spelling and grammar have many errors throughout. being able to purchase the books individually for a low price (considering the low quality editing) could be understandable but this app is greedy. kindle subscription is cheaper and you can buy whole books with no spelling and grammar errors for less than this subscription price. don't waste your time

I would give 0 stars but then I can't leave a review of how horrible this app is. And the customer service is worse. It says you can cancel any time that is false. If you read the fine print, that is only available after the subscription, they have the right to raise the cost at anytime in any amount. And it will be auto drafted from your account with no notice.

IF YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, READ THIS!! It says that it's going to be 99 cents a week but after the first week it jumps up to 14.99 a week. Even though they say that you can cancel in the app at any time, there is NO cancellation button. Even "canceling your account" in the app, doesn't stop the charges. If you subscribed through PayPal, click on the transaction then "report a problem", then "manage auto pay payments". Turn off autopay for this app and that should stop the payments.

I am having trouble canceling a subscription and an auto-pay that was never approved. Please get back to me ASAP with instructions on how to cancel the subscription and maybe I can review your app for the novels and other features but at this time I'm too frustrated trying to figure out the way to cancel the subscription. There is nowhere to cancel paypal subscription in the app before it renews, you have to email them with your user ID to do so. I like being able to pay and read for a week instead of buying chapter but the content was not too good. It is lots of good stories with either bad writing or translation. The story I was reading changed to a different story with same named characters at chapter 27 it was very frustrating.
