Was good for the first few months as I bought a year VIP membership and now it won't unlock chapters so I can't read past the first few chapters. How frustrating when you pay good money and can't get a refund.
So i was totally all for get the membership but its very annoying that it wont work. Its like the app keeps crashing. Sucks cause i hate when i start reading something and cant finish! Ive tried 4 times i think they need to do some maintaince or something.
This App Hag Some " GREAT STORY'S"! YOU have to read them! Then, You get so Far... & Have to $$ Pay To Read ON! No FREE COINS OR ADS OFFERED!!!?? ( You have 2 decide if this is affordable $ or worth it ?? I can't Keep it up!!? Cause, This is the only READING APP. that I have! I use Several. I Do FREE as much as possible.
Love the stories, however I can't finish reading because it tells me my subscription"s failed, even though I have the receipt showing it's gone through, so essentially the week you pay for isn't a week because it blocks you from reading content you've paid for! Developers don't bother responding, either. AVOID!
I canceled my subscription and deleted NovelsReader app but yet it keeps taking my money. I'm trying to request a refund and I'm not even sure how many times it's taken my money without my knowledge. If I could leave a negative star -🌟 trust me I would. How can an app continue to take payments from people without the app on my mobile any longer? I had canceled my subscription in my phone but even though it said it was canceled it was because I didn't know about canceling it here.
They lure you in with a 99cent first week and even if you unsubscribe and delete the app they fraudulently charge you $129.99 for a yr. Do NOT deal with this app if you dont want them to fraudulantly take all your money and time dealing with your bank to get it back.
I did do the 0.99 for 3 days to read. With the intention of reading the book and canceling the subscription. BUT too bad for me none of the chapters can load... and so coincidentally the help & feedback button also does not work.... so yeah avoid this app it's a massive scam!
loved being able to read whenever and wherever I want and I am a advade reader. But dont get a new phone because then you'll loose your place in the book that is in you can even get back in. Mighty have to cancel the payments if i cant continue to read.
I thought I had canceled the subscription and was still charged another 10$. I don't use the app enough to justify paying that much every week ! The description of how to cancel is not clear, I was very upset getting charged again! Buyers beware.
Extremely expensive just to keep this app. 15 a week!?! That's insane. So, 60 bucks a month just to read/keep the app?? Yeah no thanks ill cancel it. If you want to keep readers maybe you should come up with a cheaper monthly plan or a yearly plan.
