Was good for the first few months as I bought a year VIP membership and now it won't unlock chapters so I can't read past the first few chapters. How frustrating when you pay good money and can't get a refund.

So i was totally all for get the membership but its very annoying that it wont work. Its like the app keeps crashing. Sucks cause i hate when i start reading something and cant finish! Ive tried 4 times i think they need to do some maintaince or something.

This App Hag Some " GREAT STORY'S"! YOU have to read them! Then, You get so Far... & Have to $$ Pay To Read ON! No FREE COINS OR ADS OFFERED!!!?? ( You have 2 decide if this is affordable $ or worth it ?? I can't Keep it up!!? Cause, This is the only READING APP. that I have! I use Several. I Do FREE as much as possible.

Love the stories, however I can't finish reading because it tells me my subscription"s failed, even though I have the receipt showing it's gone through, so essentially the week you pay for isn't a week because it blocks you from reading content you've paid for! Developers don't bother responding, either. AVOID!

I canceled my subscription and deleted NovelsReader app but yet it keeps taking my money. I'm trying to request a refund and I'm not even sure how many times it's taken my money without my knowledge. If I could leave a negative star -🌟 trust me I would. How can an app continue to take payments from people without the app on my mobile any longer? I had canceled my subscription in my phone but even though it said it was canceled it was because I didn't know about canceling it here.

They lure you in with a 99cent first week and even if you unsubscribe and delete the app they fraudulently charge you $129.99 for a yr. Do NOT deal with this app if you dont want them to fraudulantly take all your money and time dealing with your bank to get it back.

I did do the 0.99 for 3 days to read. With the intention of reading the book and canceling the subscription. BUT too bad for me none of the chapters can load... and so coincidentally the help & feedback button also does not work.... so yeah avoid this app it's a massive scam!

loved being able to read whenever and wherever I want and I am a advade reader. But dont get a new phone because then you'll loose your place in the book that is in you can even get back in. Mighty have to cancel the payments if i cant continue to read.

I thought I had canceled the subscription and was still charged another 10$. I don't use the app enough to justify paying that much every week ! The description of how to cancel is not clear, I was very upset getting charged again! Buyers beware.

Extremely expensive just to keep this app. 15 a week!?! That's insane. So, 60 bucks a month just to read/keep the app?? Yeah no thanks ill cancel it. If you want to keep readers maybe you should come up with a cheaper monthly plan or a yearly plan.

Ridiculous price, badly edited and expensive as all get out. How does anyone read this and honestly think it's a 4 or 5 star set up. Yes, app works, search is great, no customer service and they refuse to cancel out services.and get repeat billing unless you report fraud. Which is hello ne bank card again

Don't waste your time, another claim it's free to read, more like wasting your time for the first five chapters. Don't waste your time down loading this app. They want you to buy a subscription. Why... when there's plenty of other sites you can read for free for watching a few ads!

Disappointed, got to chapter 6 and them have to pay .99 for 3 days then 9.99 each week. How is that free?! I got into a book just to not be able to read it 😔 I would even pay a buck or 2 to read a story but not 9.99 a week that's to much and being a mom of 2 I can't read enough for that to be justified... Shame since book I was reading was really good. I have other apps that I watch ads for chapters and that's much better.

Extremely dissatisfied! I paid for a subscription, and yet it seems I can't even read the next chapter. It doesn't even register that I bought a subscription , but I have a receipt, and the money's been taken out of my account. And now it's saying I need to pay 9.99. I got the beginning subscription for .99

Disappointed!!!!! I paid the .99 for 3 days but when my card wouldn't allow the app to take the $9.99 payment I tried to make the payment but the app wouldn't allow it and it told me I couldn't cancel the subscription either,so I un installed it. This apps advertisement says that it's free reading I would like to know how this is free.

This app sucks. You get into a good book, but the only available option to continue it is to pay for a subscription every week or 129 a year. They give you no way to earn coins and continue reading that way or even to watch adds to earn chapters. I started reading The Hidde Mate: The Alpha's Sweethear, and it only goes to chapters 5 then you have to pay to read more and it's not on any other platform I looked.

Beware, no matter how early you cancel your subscription directly via the App. They will continue to charge you regardless. I sighted ip for 1 week trial, cancelled after 2 days and another 5 days later they processed payment for an entire month even though i had cancell3ed. First part of the story they give for free is good, but same quality is not carried through to the end. Very poor editing. Some sentences don't even make sense.

this app I don't see a way to watch videos to earn coins to read to the next chapter i read 7 chapters and they are small but the moment you hit chapter 8 they want u to pay for it $0.99 for the first week then after that it's $9.99 every week they want u to pay like almost $130 for a year .. I don't mind buying coins sometimes, but sry I'm not paying a year for a book .. has good books, don't get me wrong, but sorry, sometimes we just need the videos to watch to earn the coins

The novels are hit or miss. Some seem well put together, others not so much. Too much sex description. I was interested strictly in the stories and not all of that. For the most part I could just skip over it. The price of $14.99 per week is way over the top. It was fun to do the 10 days for $0.10. Gmail does say my subscription was canceled and I hope that is true otherwise I'm coming back to make it a one-star review.

I paid for another week after my .99¢ trial because I LOVED IT it was the best but now that it took my 10$ and change its saying it exceeded my credit and to pay and how to troubleshoot but when I trouble shoot, it doesn't work. I even tried to delete the app and see if I can just repurchase since I wanted to finish my novel. Nope. Saved all my info from play store. And takes forever for feedback. I just want to read my novel. 😬😂
