Charging me extra after the upgrade. I couldn't log in, and when I tried, it made me buy a bundle. I upgraded to Silver, and I'm still being charged 5.99 and 7.99 and can't access either one. I want my money back. I sent an email, and there was no response. It's been over 2 months. I just uninstalled the app

With the update I got locked out of my account and was told to reset my password but the reset link was never emailed to me. I followed the instructions given after the app was updated precisely and I'm still unable to access my account or cancel it. I do not want to continue to be charged for an app I can't use. I feel like I'm being scammed.
I paid for my subscription on jan27th and it's asking me for a new payment. Mind you the site had issues to where I didn't get the last two weeks of the month I paid for and now I'm not able to access the account to watch without a new payment. I need this fixed and to be compensated.
I just subscribed to this app less than a week ago and was able to watch 2 days and now it's telling me I am not signed up and I just paid the monthly. It doesn't even recognize my email I signed up with tells me no account found when I tried to reset password because I couldn't log in. This is some scam type stuff!

The sound Quality for the shows is terrible. Nothing is like it use to be when i had Now thats tv a year ago. Everything is worse then ever. The shows are terrible. All the Old good content is gone. I also get a headache trying to see what's going on. The Camera Man sucks. Yall need to Hire LEMMY PLUMMER to do yall network. I already Canceled.
Having same issue as everyone else. I've been subscribed to NTTV for a long time. When the update happened, it was trying to make me resubscribe. They've been taking my money for the last two months and I still have yet to be able to watch any episodes. Sent a message to support and they have been absolutely no help. Then when I say I want to cancel my subscription they magically stopped replying.
My account was paid on 6/27 and shows as paid, yet it's trying to make me subscribe and pay again. Ima need y'all to fix this ASAP!
i mean i love this app i have issues really but as of now im pissed because I been paying my subscription monthly...now I go to pay and it says I paid it, but now I can't watch the shows..I emailed them so now im just waiting on them to email me back to resolve this or just give me my money back
look I've had this subscription for a few years now and I tried to watch my shows yesterday and couldn't access it!! It says something about private policy!! please fix this or I will cancel my subscription!!
