ALWAYS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THIS APP!!! I wanted to redeem my points for a debit card before I uninstalled the app and what do you know I'm unable to do that. It's clear that I have more than enough points to redeem but it's giving me an error that I do not have enough points to redeem. I'm not calling customer service just for them to tell me to try back later. I'm still unable to use my in-store coupons. Not worth it, the app nor my time.

when I first started using the app and the website, i loved it and got at least 1 coupon a week. honestly I think it was more like 2 a week. then 2 whole months go by where i can't get either option to pull up and work, the website or the app. when it finally started working again i only Get like 2 coupons for a month, if that half the time i can't get logged on for periods at a time and lose my coupons during that time. a little frustrating to say the least

The app constantly has problems. It doesn't open or glitches once it finally does open which makes it almost impossible to use the coupons unless I want to stand in the store trying to get it to work while everyone's waiting. The coupons are NEVER the same as what the emails that Newport sends me say they're supposed to be. It was so much better when they just mailed coupons out. They had games, slots and such, to play for awhile but they got rid of them. It's not really worth the space it take

Some stores that the app. states that it participates in does not and once you drive to the location it's a bomber when they tell you that they don't participate and/or they're system isn't setup to give you the discount. It's a waste of time & gas. For $1.00 NPS needs to take the time to look into fixing that and taking those stores out of their locaters for their customers. Plus the prices of cigarettes are going up and it should be at least a $2.00 discount off. Your Company would still win.

Great app... lots of savings; that last STAR wasn't given due to the fact that the app takes a while to load the next steps after the command is given (passcode, coupon?, pick a store...) & NOW, you're holding up the line! Yes; you can do it while you're waiting in the line however; there's a timer on the coupon, soooo... if the person/ppl in front of you takes more than 5 minutes; YOU lose your coupon. On the other hand, the PROS of saving definitely outweigh this issue. DOWNLOAD its worth it!

Well, this app used to be very useful & a good way to save a few dollars here and there... But for about the last month it seems like it's no longer working... I used to receive anywhere from 1 to 2 coupons for anywhere from $1 to $2 or even $3 off Newports per week. Now for at least the last month, nothing 😞... It's gotten me to the point that I may switch back to Marlboros, I know their app is still working, not to mention the coupons are usually a little better & location works every time..

Never has a bad experience. There was always a coupon available when I needed one and for the most part I could find a coupon that was in the vicinity to where I was at the time. I do wish all stores offered digital mobile coupons. But that's up to the store I think not Newport. Other than that I've had no issues. I even much prefer using a PIN number or my finger to log on rather than anything like a password each time because it was confusing, just another PW to remember. But I'm pleased.

For well over a month now you have taken back my available coupons. While standing in line at the store, location enabled, app opened ready to be scanned, and your app says that I need to be in the store in order to use the app. What in the hell is going on? I have rebooted my phone, re-installed the app and it still says the same thing. The coupons I did have you canceled. I would give you 0 stars but 1 is all that is available. Thanks for nothing. I'm about to switch you out. Do something.

Edit: after 4 months I'm finally able to log in. Ridiculous. Let's see how it works in stores.... Haven't been able to login for a couple weeks now. Missing out on coupons because you can't fix this is unacceptable!!! You're losing Newport customers and definitely missing out on gaining any new customers!! Get it together, and we should also get some sort of credit or larger coupons for OUR inconvenience!!

Easy to use, to the point & no strings attached. With prices as they are, the coupons found here are essential and I am thrilled! Note: I am giving 5 stars bc when it works, its beautiful. There are however, many times it does not work/coupons disappear at register (n yes prior to 5 mins)/it doesn't recognize my location/'loading' never ends/ etc. Regardless, thank you for this free resource!

I like the convenience of having the coupons on the app, but I have had the misfortune, of having the app close on me without the cashier being able to scan the barcode, and it shows that it was accepted, even though it wasn't. So I end up paying full price while the store still gets payment for the coupon which they never accepted in the first place

This app has become darn near unusable and very frustrating! I constantly have to reset my password and uninstall and reinstall just to log in. Mind you I don't have these issues on my laptop! Then after all that, my coupons won't load once I'm at the register of a store that I select on the app. Fix this trash please! I spend thousands a year on Newports, I should at least be able to use the digital/electronic coupons. I say bring back the paper coupons mailed to my house, problem solved!!!

Since the update I can't even log on anymore. I just get an error that my request can't be completed at this time. Uninstalling, it has become a waste of time, and irritant for three people who wait on me in the only gas station in town. 😡😡😡😡 Keep trying, still doesn't work. Set up passcode, biometrics, none of it works and games are a scam to allow texts and to sell your info.

So easy to use and it's very quick. Just open up this app, chose the store you want, tap redeem, then it automatically sends to the clerk at the register. Don't have to worry about losing paper coupons. All I have to do is pull up this app and I'm all set. Also, there are some stores that don't accept paper coupons anymore, they only accept coupons that's on an app or online. The store I always go to and use this app told me they only accept the coupons on the app/online.

I have come back to delete my old review and leave a new one! I had given it a poor review before, it took like 7 or 8 tries to get it to download and allow me to register. Well I am finally registered, but still disappointed. All this memory space for an app that you get 1 (one) $1.00 off coupon a week. Only certain places accept it, so you have to search for a location in the app. Once you download the coupon you only have 5 minutes to use it or it expires and you don't get another one.

This is not a very good app. Anytime you try to do anything on it, it tells you that they are having issues and gives an error code. On top of that, 99% of the time, the app continues to crash or freeze so you can't even get to the freaking coupon code!! Between the error messages and the crash ing/freezing you end up having to close out reload and start all over again. Which doesn't really work out well WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE 5 MIN TO USE IT?? Yall need to update your app software ASAP. 🤬

Liars. They offer mobile coupons, but the way they get out of paying it is not recognizing your location. Standing at the counter, it kept saying "you must be in the store." I stopped & restarted the app, checked my location service, walked out & back in, hit "map it," everything. Showed that I was at the address but also 2.4 miles away and showed the store being on a different street about 700 feet away. So stupid. Not the first time. Nothing worked. Not worth the time to download!

My only problem is that the store locator is off by about a half a mile a lot of times. I can be standing inside of a store and the app will say that I'm .5 miles away. The app says I need to be in the store to use the coupon. Well, when it thinks that I'm a half mile away, I can't use them. Definitely needs to be addressed. This causes me a lot of frustration and wasted time. I check Google maps to make sure it isn't my phone acting up, but maps always seems to have my location correct.

I loved the app until it stopped working for me. For the past couple months it wouldn't log me in at all. It would pop up with a error message. When I was able to log in it says that I'm not at the location but .04 miles away. I work at the store so am behind the counter. Even if I walk to the back of the store it doesn't show me in the store. You should add a I'm here button like McDonald's does so that issue can be overridden.

Soooo easy to get Newport coupons! It does seem to load slow, so I reccomended pulling the coupon up on your phone PRIOR to getting to the check out counter. Otherwise, you'll be holding up the line trying to log in and select the store! Don't click "REDEEM" until you are at the register, but definitely get that far so you're ready to go. I reccomended it and I've saved like 20 bucks in just a few months. You'll get one coupon a week I think, saving $1.00 or $1.50 each time.
