bought two. timer didn't work on either spent too much time trouble shooting. very disappointed

I am beyond over this app. It won't connect to the device. I have deleted and reinstalled the app about 100 times and it continues to ask for a pin/fingerprint. Customer service is no help at all. Just a endless merry go round of nothing as far as help with this $250 purchase. I'm actually shocked at how you guys aren't embarrassed about how this device doesn't work properly and how you offer no help whatsoever about it. I'm so disappointed and have given up at this point.

So excited to finally buy my first Nuface Mini+ sadly the app does not work. The app constantly crashes and doesn't pair or recognize the device. I installed and uninstalled the app several times, restarting my phone each time. There is no point in keeping the device if I can't use it the way it was intended to be used with the app.

Still problems pairing with Android. I have done all the permissions, location, Bluetooth. Rebooted my phone.

Freezes or takes ages to load videos. I'm unable to start new routines or complete the short ones in the morning. frustrating

Just bought the NuFace Triniy Plus. If this device is so so good, why don't you fix the App, especially for Android. Then you would have the Excellent Combination ??

Would be a great tool if it worked. I have found the app to be extremely frustrating. It either freezes in the middle of a session or skips sections of the session entirely. I have yet to get through even one session without incident 😕 Makes me NOT want to use the app at all. I feel like I'm wasting too much time trying to get it to work properly.

The app is completely unusable. The "agree" to our terms checkbox is impossible to check on my pixel 6, meaning that I cannot create an account to access any of the content. Given how much they touted their app only routines and treatments, I feel shortchanged. I reached out to their support team and have not gotten a response (it's been about 5 days). I'm connecting with the store I purchased it from for a refund.

very disappointed with this app. I have been using the nuface app for 4 weeks & one day it wouldn't accept my password or allow me to reset it. 3 days later when I was finally to reset my password all of my progress including my photos was gone. it's very frustrating to have to start over.

Why does a company not update an app so that the full capabilities of their products can be used? My device has never paired in the app to access "exclusive" videos, though I can manually pair my device via my phone so it's not a Bluetooth issue - it's the app. Don't reply with a customer service number until you fix this issue Edit to reply 3/13/24: I confirmed that my phone is up to date. I've restarted, fully shut down, toggled Bluetooth off/on. Fix your app or make all videos accessible

I was able to add my original trinity fine. The new mini+ I just bought I was able to add and pair, but it didn't show up on the list of devices. So I unpaired it. Now, it will just force close every time I try to add the mini. It does that for any of the new devices. Part of the reason I bought the new mini was the app. It seems y'all have some major work to do just to get the app to even function. If you haven't already bought the new device, you may want to wait for the bugs to be fixed.

Fix the app, please! I wish I'd thought to read reviews for the app during my exhaustive device research. The app gets stuck wanting my fingerprint repeatedly. I've tried uninstalling and starting over but same thing. I've tried since February 23 and its now June 23, still the same. The device itself works well so far but but like other reviewers have stated, for the cost the app should work. That is part of what we paid for. Fix it. Fix it now.

They only give access to certain routines depending on the device you have and require you connect your device with Bluetooth. The bigger problem is there are routines which my device should have access to but the app continuously returns an error message that my device isn't supported for that routine. Just give access to all the routines, NuFace. Not giving access isn't going to make me purchase an upgraded device. It's going to make me purchase a different brand once this one dies.

Would be much better if it let you download the treatments you use instead of waiting 5-10 minutes for each individual section to load every time, even on a fast wifi connection. Without that feature every treatment takes at least twice as long as the time listed to complete. Plus some are locked to specific devices when they're all clearly very similar and could complete the actions. Just find a treatment on YouTube and follow that to save time.

The Nuface pro was a birthday gift. When first setting up & clicking 'Get started' , the app wouldn't pass 'checking for updates'. It spun for 20 minutes - stuck. Uninstalled, reinstalled...same issue. Somehow I eventually passed it. Since then, the app freezes, treatment videos freeze while the timer keeps going, and the app doesn't recognize when you have changed the attachment for the lip and eyes treatments, which would not work. Can't change vol ! My sis has the Zipp & none of these issues.

Crashes constantly while trying to connect my new device. Tried reinstalling the app, tried multiple times. Never successfully paired and crashes almost every time I tried. I'm not even able to access the content or videos without the app crashing. Disappointing unboxing experience when this was one of the big improvements of the next generation.

This app doesn't work with Android, end of story. I bought a Trinity+ during Black Friday. Once it arrived I followed instructions to the letter to pair w/ the app. Pairing failed. Spent about a week troubleshooting, nothing worked so I ended up making a warranty claim. Fast forward to today January 26 and I just now got my replacement. Went to pair it and boom, same issue. Two months of this! My phone is up-to-date & all permissions granted. This is absurd for the $$$ of this system.

This app is HORRIBLE. First, if you're lucky enough to connect your device, it won't last. Second, once you do connect, and when your device becomes disconnected (because it will, I promise) you won't be able to actually start any of the app treatments because it'll keep wanting you to reconnect your device. The troubleshooting is ineffective, and when you attempt to submit a help request, you all the way through the screens to the upload proof of purchase screen, but it doesn't work.

App keeps crashing on Samsung z flip 3..no matter how many times I re-download. Unable to connect my smart device to get the features. I try to pair and it keeps saying "you need an app to use this" meanwhile the app is open/on which is how it's able to pair?? Very frustrating and every time I click to add the device in my app, it crashes and kicks me out. Disappointing

After initially downloading the app, I was able to sync my nuface device and begin a treatment. The second time I tried to login to the app, it's like my information was deleted. I couldn't get past the login page (where you put your username and password). The login page just freezes. I un-installed the app and reinstalled it. Then it let me create a new account and I was able to use the app. Once again, after my second login, the same issue as before happened. I can't use it now.
