So here's my take on Number Therapy. I've tested a bunch of apps for stroke rehab and communication practice, and this one's pretty solid overall. The number exercises cover a ton of real-world skills like phone numbers, money, measurements, and more. It's challenging but not overwhelming, and you can really feel yourself improving after using it for a while. The only downside is the ads get old after a bit, but you can pay to remove them. Overall though, it's a great option if you need to work on number recognition and communication.

Description

Been using Number Therapy for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you practice all kinds of number skills – things like understanding phone numbers, dates, measurements, money, and more. Basically it’s for stroke survivors or anyone who wants to improve their number communication abilities.

Here’s what you do: there’s different exercises where you listen to a number and have to type it, or read a number and have to say it out loud. And it’s got a bunch of different topics to practice. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful overall.

Look, if you or someone you know is working on communication and number skills after a stroke, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but it does the job and is worth checking out.
