Excellent app & service. I didn't expect to be satisfied with the service that much. - user interface: perfect, smooth, minimal. a great combo for an easy & smooth experience. - Customer support: friendly, fast & reliable. I faced an issue with my account number & service activation, I contacted them through the in-app customer support button, they replied in less than 20 mins and stayed with me until the problem solved. - OTP sms: numero numbers support OTP sms for Google, WhatsApp, etc.

Great app! I bought a US number mainly for WhatsApp and Telegram. Faced a small delay with OTP, but it was a WhatsApp issue, not the app’s fault. Customer support was quick, polite, and helpful. Everything worked perfectly after that. The number activated fine and works great. Secure, easy to use, and gives you full control. Highly recommend if you need a private number with good support!

The most important thing is the After Sales Support. The team is energetic from the technical and support stuff if I am not wrong addressing the team name precisely. I have purchased 1 month of subscriptions and I want to increase that into 12 months now.

Amount was deducted from me but never credited to my topup. Next Day & after posting this review, I got contacted from the ignorant staff of support team requesting me to DELETE the review OR get a REFUND! The chat conversation was UNPROFESSIONAL and very badly manged. The credit was very slow and useless to wait so long to have the amount actually credited to your top up when it got instantly debited from me! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! other apps were much better and professionaly managed

I had purchased a US number from Numero a day ago everything is very smooth and good but when I called my potential Client he asked me why your number is showing as a spam and I was shocked I am not cold calling on this number then it showed as spam and I sended him text as well but don't know he get that or not as there's no way to check that moreover there's no option to send any pic or anything

Purchased 6 numbers for WhatsApp from Numero—3 didn’t receive SMS, and 1 was already linked to another account. When I contacted support, they blocked my account instead of helping. No way to cancel subscription through the app; had to do it via Google Play. Very poor service and misleading claims. Avoid.

update: sja, their customer rep, was of great help, but it seems she was only notified after two weeks and a Google review to get numero's attention. original: purchased a phone number and a calling package of 300 mins. Still can't make calls, says I ve 0 credits. been with their customer care daily since 17/aug and not resolved to date. they keep asking over and over to try the exact same thing expecting different result. either they are scammers or completely incompetent.

After paying and proving that their numbers do not work, I unsubscribed after finally logging in 2 weeks after I paid. I wanted to just let go of the issue but they kept on calling me from different numbers asking me to delete my review or they will keep on charging my card. Even after I clearly stated that I already unsubscribed and don't want anything to do with their app. I've blocked so many numbers but they keep on calling with different ones and now they've threatened me to keep calling

Initially faced issues with the UI/UX and my subscribed number didn’t work. However, the support team was very helpful and offered replacement numbers. Due to personal reasons, I decided to cancel, and they agreed to process a full refund without any charges. This service is legit and easy to deal with. Highly recommend contacting their support if you have any doubts!

I purchased a UK number on Numero without realizing it required UK residency documents like an ID and utility bill. This wasn’t made clear before payment, which was frustrating at first. I previously gave average rating for numero due to minor issues. but due to their swift response to resolve the issue, I realized they're one of the best out there if not the best. in terms of their service, customer service and easy to navigate app.

Terrible experience avoid this app! I purchased a full eSIM plan for the UK, but they blocked it simply because I activated it outside of the UK. It took them two whole days just to inform me that the eSIM was blocked for this reason. No clear warning beforehand, no immediate support just a waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Don’t trust this service if you're planning to travel.

This app is a fraud. after paying to purchase a number and selecting and paying for a plan. Their SMS doesn't work. You can text to any part of the world and it's still not working. When you asked them they tell you you need to purchase a global balance meanwhile there is no place called global balance. just a plan to purchase the one that you can afford. they are just a scam and refused to refund. nobody should purchase them.

I would give the app 1 star if not for Imane, my customer service rep, who was amazing at helping me resolve my issues! There is a bug for clients in the Philippines, so beware & contact customer service if that applies to you. Unfortunately, I was double charged for a local plan ($2 extra) and she didn't have the authorization to help me, but she passed along my request to someone who should be able to! Ultimately the app worked for me, but it was a hassle to get up and running.

Absolute trash. So the flow is you create and account and then buy a number. Then you verify your real number, at which point the purchases number disappears. I reset the app twice, and upon reset the purchases number appears, only to disappear when the app requests verification of my real number again. I am not sure if this is a scam or a terrible app. Either way the effect is the same, a complete waste of money.

It works okay... sometimes. About half of the time, the call gets dropped and I must call back. The system on the other end cannot detect my button presses on the dial pad. So automated systems become very hard to navigate. The payment system is confusing because they are CONSTANTLY pushing you to buy a local "plan" that will expire in 30 days. It's just barely good enough to keep using it. Wish I could give a better review.

Terrible app, i have purchased a USA number but can't receive calls, i contacted them 10 minutes after purchase to cancel this number and give me my money back but they say we can't give you a refund!! That's crazy, I asked for money back for a reason: and that's the number is not usable for me can't even put it on ebay support so they can call me , it's like the number is blacklisted or something Just to mention i bought another number from another app immediately and it works perfectly.
