Great app! I bought a US number mainly for WhatsApp and Telegram. Faced a small delay with OTP, but it was a WhatsApp issue, not the app’s fault. Customer support was quick, polite, and helpful. Everything worked perfectly after that. The number activated fine and works great. Secure, easy to use, and gives you full control. Highly recommend if you need a private number with good support!
The most important thing is the After Sales Support. The team is energetic from the technical and support stuff if I am not wrong addressing the team name precisely. I have purchased 1 month of subscriptions and I want to increase that into 12 months now.
Amount was deducted from me but never credited to my topup. Next Day & after posting this review, I got contacted from the ignorant staff of support team requesting me to DELETE the review OR get a REFUND! The chat conversation was UNPROFESSIONAL and very badly manged. The credit was very slow and useless to wait so long to have the amount actually credited to your top up when it got instantly debited from me! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! other apps were much better and professionaly managed
I had purchased a US number from Numero a day ago everything is very smooth and good but when I called my potential Client he asked me why your number is showing as a spam and I was shocked I am not cold calling on this number then it showed as spam and I sended him text as well but don't know he get that or not as there's no way to check that moreover there's no option to send any pic or anything
Purchased 6 numbers for WhatsApp from Numero—3 didn’t receive SMS, and 1 was already linked to another account. When I contacted support, they blocked my account instead of helping. No way to cancel subscription through the app; had to do it via Google Play. Very poor service and misleading claims. Avoid.
update: sja, their customer rep, was of great help, but it seems she was only notified after two weeks and a Google review to get numero's attention. original: purchased a phone number and a calling package of 300 mins. Still can't make calls, says I ve 0 credits. been with their customer care daily since 17/aug and not resolved to date. they keep asking over and over to try the exact same thing expecting different result. either they are scammers or completely incompetent.
After paying and proving that their numbers do not work, I unsubscribed after finally logging in 2 weeks after I paid. I wanted to just let go of the issue but they kept on calling me from different numbers asking me to delete my review or they will keep on charging my card. Even after I clearly stated that I already unsubscribed and don't want anything to do with their app. I've blocked so many numbers but they keep on calling with different ones and now they've threatened me to keep calling
Initially faced issues with the UI/UX and my subscribed number didn’t work. However, the support team was very helpful and offered replacement numbers. Due to personal reasons, I decided to cancel, and they agreed to process a full refund without any charges. This service is legit and easy to deal with.
