Great way to look and see who is working. Would really love to have a widget to keep open at all times. Other wise, best shift schedule for nurses that I have downloaded. Update 10/18/18 There are more updates since first downloading. I had deleted it for a while but decided to give it a try again. Would still like a widget. And maybe a way to add other things like a regular calender. A little redundant to have to open up 2 calendars to see what my day holds. I know this is for work, but would just be more convenient.

This app just didn't do what it's made to do. Part of it is that I have an Android because app developers tend to forget about us and leave out some features that the Apple version has. But mostly is because of the notifications or lack of them. When you are looking for trades from a specific person it doesn't send that person a direct message, they have to like click on the specific date by chance and then even then it doesn't even show all the details when you finally do find it and click it! There are more examples, but basically all you can do is look at your coworkers schedules.

Been using this for years. For the past 6 months or so there's nothing but glitches. Opens then repeatedly goes back to calender when you try to do anything. Click on the day to see who else is working, flickers then it goes back to calender, over and over. Assignments never update anymore when put in by the supervisor. I have to text my boss every morning to find out where I am because the app is so unreliable. Used to be great, don't know what happened but it's complete garbage now.

Used to really love this app...it synced flawlessly with my Google calendar and was easy to put my shifts in. Over the past couple of months it never syncs automatically with my Google calendar, I have to manually unsynch and resynch it every time I edit a shift. Within the past couple of days it's a hit or miss on whether or not I can even add a shift... sometimes it works and sometimes I get an error message. Not really useful anymore.

I like the app but have a few issues. Sharing to Google doesn't function the greatest. It never refreshed/synced. The payday option defaults to 000-2359 so it took up the whole day on Google calendar unless I changed it. If the sync function worked better I would love it. But it just never functioned the greatest. So I opt to put into my personal calendar separately which is kind of a pain as I'm doing double the work. Also it won't let me delete my old workplace. Tried in app and online.

Edit 04/01/25: was working again for a bit. today it won't open. cleared that cache, still won't open. I liked it but it was a little slow. Suddenly I can't use it. Keep saying oops, can't connect to nursegrid every time I try to add my schedule. I un-installed it and re-downloaded it. Thought it was working at first but nope, same error

Easy to use. Managing different worksites/shifts is easy. Syncs to my Google calender. Only complaint is the length of time it takes yup sync the data. Update: this has trouble syncing to my Google calender. I reset it and it synced one month but not anymore than that. I don't want to have to go into my Google calender and reset this each time. Once this is fixed, back to 5 stars. Update: 3 years after that review and still no resolution. I'm glad it's free.

The calendar option is never accurate. When I click on a date on the calendar to see which colleagues are working that day, it doesnt show which specific colleagues are working, it shows ALL colleagues. In order to see which colleagues are working on a specific day, I have to go to each colleague to check their calendar....annoying. I'm searching for another similar more reliable app to share with coworkers.

There are a few bugs as an Android user compared to my fellow apple friends. For example, when browsing through recommended colleagues to add, I am unable to reach the bottom of the page. I love this app, it is user friendly and is designed wonderfully. I wish it could mash with my Google calendar or have its own calendar widget. Thank you for a great app!

Really good concept and idea for an app, but tons of bugs and improvements needed from a technical standpoint. Annoying that when I want to enter shifts it automatically defaults to "Available to Work" rather than "Regular Shift" - not practical for the majority of users who don't use this in collaboration with management. Also my friends aren't able to see when I put my vacation or education days. Additionally, friend requests remain in the app until I close and restart it despite my having already accepted them.
