I’ve been using Nursing Central for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one app for nurses and nursing students that’s got tons of useful info and tools. The way I see it, it’s a must-have if you’re working in the medical field.
Here’s what you can do with it: look up info on diseases, medications, lab tests, and medical procedures. There’s also a section for nursing care plans which is pretty handy. And the calculator tools – things like IV drip rates and body surface area – they’re a lifesaver when you need them.
Look, if you’re a nurse or nursing student, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job really well. Worth checking out for sure.

So here's my take on Nursing Central. I've tested a bunch of medical apps and reference tools, and this one's up there with the best of them. The depth of information is really impressive, covering everything from drug interactions to nursing diagnoses. In my experience, it's a lot more comprehensive than other similar apps. That said, the UI could use some work - it's not the most intuitive or visually appealing. And while the content is great, updates can be a bit slow at times. But overall, it's a solid app that I'd recommend to any nurse or nursing student.
