Hard to get socuments to submit. Submitted documents to update my premiums a few months ago and never got increased payment. No email, no mail, cwlling didnt help. Now my premiums are up again, well see if this actually works this time.
I have no option except to take a photograph of any documentation that I need to upload. This is an inconvenience. The app should allow me to upload downloaded documents from my phone. It asks for my permission to access my camera. It should request information to access documents on my phone.
Over the last couple of days, I've been trying to upload proof of citizenship. I granted it permissions for photos and the camera as asked, but for some reason, it's still thinking I need to grant permissions. One star for now until the issue is resolved.
I just tried to upload necessary docs. It showed as uploaded and I went in to my account and it shows that there are no documents loaded. This is the opposite of what this app is for. I would give zero stars if I could.
Needs to give the option to upload pdf files that are downloaded on phone. I had to upload a document and it would not give me the option to upload something I downloaded into my phone. I had to wait a few days until I got access to a printer to print it out and take a picture of it to upload. Very inconvenient and resulted in my document from being submitted late.
So far, I'm extremely pleased with the ease of use of this app. I received an email confirmation once my submitted documents were processed. I really appreciate that you can opt to receive a text message, notifying you that your documents have been processed, as well! NYSOH doesn't hold a candle to the old NY DOC SUBMIT app 💯
Very easy to use. I wish the app also uploaded pics from one's gallery so that you can upload a document when you don't have it in hand. Also would be great if one could add a comment to uploads.
This is very easy to use. I was stressing when I got the letter from NYSOH saying my child need proof of residence because they only gave me 3 business days to send the letter from her school with her name, date of birth, address and when she was enrolled. I was panicking, but then I read more into the document they sent me and I saw there was an app, this app. I panicked more because I thought I would be difficult like the website, but I was super simple and easy. Make sure to take screenshots
Once I was given the name of the app to use it was easy to find in the play store. However, you must scroll in the window for the privacy statement before you hit the "I accept" in order for it to move to the next page. the woman who helped me. give her a raise! thank you
...I could only upload 1 photo at a time when it clearly provides the option to be able to upload the 4 I needed to upload at one time. After figuring that glitch out, I uploaded 1 photo at a time. I had to use manual mode also. Sign in was simple. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the terms to get to the next step.
