so convenient to book appts or ask questions to providers! also, to be able to get visit notes , lab results, or imaging saves time. I love it

Why would you check my chart and text me at 7:00am to tell me to schedule an appointment for a physical? Aren't there guidelines of acceptable hours to contact people? To text me so early woke me up and frightened me. oh and by the way. check your records better because I already have a physical scheduled. Your whole phone systems sucks!

Now that they have an app you can't get an appointment with your doctor on short notice. I am totally frustrated trying to talk to someone on the phone. I miss the good old days before all these big conglomerates ruined everything.

My experience was very positive . My Therapist listened to all I had to say and gave me some great advice as how to deal with issues going forward . As always a great experience .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is an excellent app with an under-one-roof feel. Find a doctor, schedule an appointment, etc. I love it.

The app is self explanatory, also easy to use.

very good, and the most capable staff is very responsive.

I love this app it's extremely easy to Use and understand. From scheduling appts or no time for an appointment text. The app is everything just like ALL THE HOSPITAL STAFF. YOU ARE MY EVERYDAY SUPER PEOPLE BLESS YOU ALL. EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU DESERVE A 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 MUCH LOVE 😘😘😘

went for a recent stress test. Told to drink water in-between session. Only water available was a germ filled public water fountain in waiting room. DISGUSTING! What's the problem with providing a water cooler with paper cups?

very user friendly app. Test results show up almost immediately with photos and explanations. Easy access to all of our records and info. The staff at NYU radiology has been very helpful and easy to work with. Always professional and friendly.

Doctors/nurses and assistants are knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. NYU Langone Health app is also wonderful. Good work 👏

App for blood pressure readings doesn't sync with newer blood pressure monitors. This app needs to be updated.

This app is pretty complete, more than most the other MyCharts. it even includes away to upload images, like MRIs and x-rays which I've never seen in any other MyChart.

Great for communication with doctors. All meds info, follow up visits, and billing. Generally love having information handy and accessible.

when you have new coverage, you can't update it. the old one continued in place. Also, when they sent me the link to add the pictures, it was showing pictures from unrelated apps. and extremely old pictures. you have great technology, you could do better with these two things. when I tried adding the pharmacy, it showed me zip codes from MN, at the appointment, the pharmacy was from FL, it was also inaccurate.

Great app. I have never had an issue with it. Has made my life so much easier by not having to call and be put on hold waiting for someone. Refilling prescriptions and making appointments is quick and easy.

The app. Works well overall. However, I feel the that when looking at the appointments it should also say what the appointment is for. It only tells you doctors name, date ,time ect. When you have several appointments scheduled in advance it's difficult to remember what each appointment is for. Example: optometry, dentistry and so on. Hope this helps.

I've been trying for weeks download any medical records to send to another Dr. The app sends a text when my records are available, but the app says "ready to download (0). Logging into the website > My Documents > Requested Records causes the same silly message. Fix it.

This app is fairly easy to use and flows seamlessy among sections. One problem though is that it does not provide a way to get back from the Document Center to prior menus - you have to close the app and log back on if you want to continue. Annoying!

The app is fine, good even. But NYU signed a deal with Amazon to use their palm scanners to check in patients at offices. It's a huge privacy problem - I absolutely refuse to give Amazon my biometric data. NYU is making it harder and harder to check into appointments without the palm scan. if they ever fully require it I'll find a different medical network.
