not sure why it has such a high rating since the app, unless unlocked through pay.. has no use.. it shows basic info, while other apps provide far more info

here to change my once one-star review. I had subscription issues, but after removing my account, then signing back in, it resolved the issue.

I really like the app but I was unaware that you could pause it when you weren't using it when u have a paid subscription

I have a 2006 BF XR8 Ford Falcon and a 2021 Ford Everest, and this wretched dongle and app generates faults that don't actually exist. I have paid premium money to several mechanics, and they assured me the faults aren't there. worst investment ever.

pay to use after 120 dollar equipment purchase. not cool. not what was advertised

can't access alot of things even with the premium plan. would've been nice to know this ahead of time.

I just got the app. I love it so far. I'll run it for a couple days and see. The only thing I don't like. I can't figure out or it doesn't have any available information to look at when your not connected to the vehicle, id like to look back and see what horsepower and torque that was made

works very well, the free and paid are both functional, I paid just for the annoying apps to not be in the way, not expensive and time is money

upgraded as I saw no options once I connected to my EV electric vehicle. once I upgraded I had access to..... nothing! what a waste of money. they won't refund either. have a list of vehicles you work with. to response: that is not a true response, my vehicle has a OBD2 port and worked with another. There should be a way to check. this is just theft. return my money.

After pairing device with phone, I was unable to connect to the app. I had to use another app.

very basic. paid for full version and none of advance features are there and I need a refund . I am removing this app

Awesome! Be sure to connect the unit. then drive. then you can program each tab for your allowed reading.

App used to work great now won't connect. I loved this app and how easy it was. It connected to my OBDII quickly, gave me the info, and allowed me to clear any unnecessary check engine messages. Or it gave me enough info to give to my mechanic. Now I can't even connect. I don't know what happened.

I'm pretty mechanically inclined and this app has just helped me to be on top of any problems to computer registers. I recommend the app to all of my friends and family even people I randomly meet. it's been an amazing tool when trouble shooting to help narrow down the problem a whole lot faster. I wish I could have had something like this the whole time I've been driving. it's very user friendly and I can barely figure out how to use my smart phone.

I love this app/scanner tool. Options seem endless. It allows me to check what codes are causing my check engine light to come on and then allows me to erase them. The best part is the live diagnostics when engine is running. Allows me to see the values coming from whatever sensors I have chosen to see displayed at that time. I believe it shows 6 at once. Example being I can see how far timing is advanced while monitoring the throttle position. Works great for my needs

It only scans Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM). It does not scan any other modules such as ABS, VSC, etc. So it's about the same as a cheap handheld scanner in that regard. The Pro version also has sensor monitors with data graphing and logging, which made it worth it for me to do a one month subscription. This part helped enabled me to figure out the problem with the car. But I had to use something else to read the ABS and VSC codes since OBD Auto Dr. doesn't read those... It paired fine with my Carista adapter, which is just a ELM v1.5 with v4 Bluetooth that works with Android, IOS, Windows.

What, I'm the only one this doesn't work with. I have to create an account, give them location permission and the d app doesn't even connect. Ok, follow their troubleshooting guide, try connection over and send log but the log doesn't contain anything, nada. This elm327 adapter works ok with torque but not this app. I was looking for something a bit easier to follow than torque and less buggy but I guess I'll have to stick with that. I've wasted way too much time on this.

This was a good app, for which I pay $4.99/mon and they refer to as a free account, but things change. All of a sudden the "free version" only gives you temperature and RPMs. I have those gauges already on board. I tried to upgrade but your website is not friendly. Why you have to be so secretive with my OBD password. I set that password 2 years ago. You've wasted my morning.

This is pretty cool. Noticed a difference as soon as I plugged it in and went driving. The only downfall I've ran into is connectivity to my phone sometimes is a pain. It always eventually connects after the 3rd or 4th time trying. That's a big that should be fixed but other then that, I'm super impressed. Planning on getting another one for my other car.

The software works well. I have the yearly subscription and went to use the software and it did quit working. I tried to log out and it wouldn't let me. It said I didn't have a subscription so I ordered the monthly subscription only to find it still didn't work. I finally figured out that uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue. I contacted help and they gave me a refund for the 1 month subscription. Happy customer again.
