bought the pro version as wanted to check faults ect, came up with some fault codes but has their own coding on it so you click it to find out the “how to fix” and you get absolutely nothing, the codes it was showing didn’t even show up in its own database. reason I cancelled […]

this is a rip-off. I signed up for a 3day trial and was charged 47.99 for a year subscription. this product does not support my car or year. it is a shameful act to bait and switch during an advertised link that’s supposed to allow you to see if the product is worth keeping and […]

installs and connects. that’s it unless you pay. they rely on people doing a free trial and forgetting to cancel trial. you cannot do anything unless you sign in and buy. absolutely pointless installing. absolute con asking for monthly subscription. what happened to good old fashioned pay once to buy a product. shame on you!!

Pretty useless without purchasing the full version. You can see only a battery voltage and your vin number for free. Shows you your error codes as U0***** so you have to pay to be able to see that code in full. All other Diag apps give you full error codes even in their free version. […]

Disappointing. I bought the subscription to enable me to turn off the service light in my car after I changed the oil and filter. It said I needed a subscription to try the feature, so I paid and then it didn’t work! I appreciate I need to pay, but the software should be able to […]

This app was good for the first month, then all of a sudden the features I enjoyed such as reading the FULL trouble code vanished. This feature is now locked behind the more expensive subscription, which makes zero sense. I’m left to wonder what value I gained with my $18 yearly subscription for one month […]

clunky to use and does not have vehicles loaded in the database for my Kia past 2019 (and we have something in the twenties). in the free version, anytime the app is not actively displayed on your screen, you have to close The app and reopen it and then reconnect to the Bluetooth in order […]

took forever to read codes, only then will it tell you to see them you need to pay for the app.

Not all that helpful. I got pro and even then, there were so few data points given.

I like the app a lot but is there a way to customize the live dashboard and change what you see

what a con gives you a free trial to the pro , but if you want to do anything, you have to upgrade to the pro plus which I’m not willing to pay for if I don’t know whether it works or not. 😡😡😡😡

Been lead down the garden path a few times with this app, most recent was to reset the service indicator. Clicked the button to reset, was asked for payment, ONLY THEN once payment was taken, the app advised that the feature was not supported

I shouldn’t need to create or use any type of account for a simple Bluetooth code reader. Based on other reviews, now I know why. It’s pay to play.

It’s deceiving. I paid for the app to avoid sharing data, but it still asked me to share location. It wouldn’t share the codes of the diagnosis unless I paid for a monthly plan. Edit: thank you for your response. I still maintain that it is deceiving. Had I known that I would get at […]

trash they want to charge for a garbage service. this app is useless. you can’t do anything with this app, it gives you the same information as a 12 dollar scanner from wish would give you. plus they want you to pay a subscription for what! you dont get anything. and good luck trying to […]

This app is utterly malicious and deceptive. It claims to offer a trial period, but that is a complete lie. The smaller packages advertised are unavailable, making it impossible to use legitimately. Every element of this app is misleading, sneaky, and designed to cheat users out of their money. This is not a minor mistake, […]
