At first I couldn't log in but then I logged in using my Google account And it went through just fine. I like How it shows your balance and the date you can go back to donate.
card transaction and debit history no longer works after the last update. when I swipe down on the screen it just spins in a circle loading but no recent transactions show up. please fix this issue!!
This app is been very helpful to me for a number of reasons, for one I don't have to wait long at all, at the center and two I do my questions on my personal phone which I like a lot, it so convenient... love it!!
When I tried to create my new donor account it says it sent a code to my email and for me to enter that code to continue.... Fine, but where's this email at? Not my inbox. Not the spam box. I tried several times and never got the email it keeps saying was sent.
So many of the same complaints and no responses from the developer or Google. Come the FRELL on people!!!!!! Fix the damn problem and let us use the app to donate and check how much money we have. We can't stand just sit here and keep an app that doesn't work. FIX THE FRELLING APP!!!!!!!
This place is so unacceptable to donate as a returning donor. There's literally one person to put stickers on the products, one person to stick you, one person to put the blood pressure monitor on. This is a waste of time when this is clearly one person's job if they stop doing it by this process this would go faster. Something needs to be done immediately.
everything usually works good. EXCEPT the octo pass, which never works for me. I keep getting an error code of 8, and a "token expired" message. Developer, please fix.
been having trouble logging into my account. I tried contacting customer service but I got no response. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work. I also tried changing my password. This app was already finicky but now it just doesn't work for me..
This was the most unorganized, uninviting and unclean medical experience I have ever had. The staff didn't have any knowledge of or seem to care about what they were doing. The App is horrible! With all the negative reviews you think they would fix it. Basically it's a government trap to get you in there and you watch some infovids while they do a background check and call the cops while you are busy. Beware! I wish I could give them a negative star.
How return dates are calculated and why money the way it is is not explained well. it would be nice to have an estimated wait time by location in the app so I don't show up when it's going to take me 2 hours to get into a chair. Emergency clinics and places like great clips have had this for literally a decade.
