So here's my honest take on Official Life in the UK Test. I've tested a bunch of exam prep apps and this one's pretty solid. The practice questions are super close to the real thing, which is crucial. The study sections are well-organized too. My only real complaints are the ads and the fact that it can feel a little dry at times. But for the price (free), it's a great tool to help you pass that citizenship test.

Description

Been using Official Life in the UK Test for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you prepare for the British citizenship test. Pretty solid if you’re studying for that exam.

Here’s what you do – there’s a ton of practice questions that are super close to the real test. You can take custom quizzes or timed mock exams to test your knowledge. It’s got study content sections that break down each topic too, which is really helpful. And the info is broken down into bite-sized chunks, so it’s easy to learn.

Look, if you’re studying for the Life in the UK test, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.

The app itself is easy enough to use but I am very disappointed I paid for it as it does not prepare you for the test. On the actual test...

The information is not up to date. For example, only people over 18 can play national lottery, not over 16 - it has been so since April 2021). Very annoying...

The app is very basic and is not even representative of the actual test style. As other reviewers have suggested, it doesn't even shuffle the choices for each question. I...
