Been using Offline Map Navigation for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you download maps and use them for turn-by-turn navigation, even when you don’t have cell service. Pretty solid if you’re into road trips, hiking, or just exploring new places.
Here’s what you can do – you can search for nearby restaurants, hotels, gas stations, and other points of interest. There’s also this cool feature where it gives you an ETA and weather updates. And it’s got multiple navigation modes for driving, biking, walking, you name it. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s really useful.
Look, if you’re the type who likes having a backup for when you’re off the grid, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the map downloads can be a bit slow sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into that kind of thing.
