So here's my honest take on Offline Music Player & MP3. I've tested a bunch of offline music apps and this one's one of the better ones. It's got a clean, easy-to-use interface and the sound quality is pretty good thanks to the equalizer. I like that you can customize the look too. The main downside is the ads, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, it's a solid free option if you want an offline music player with some extra features.
