So here's my honest take on Offline Music Player: Play MP3. I've tested a bunch of offline music apps and this one's pretty good. The core features work really well - easy to add songs, create playlists, and control the playback. The equalizer is a nice bonus too. In my experience, the performance has been stable with no stuttering or crashes. The only downsides are the slightly outdated UI and the occasional annoying ad.
