Reviews for Offline Music Player: Play MP3

← Back to Offline Music Player: Play MP3

This is probably the best music player I've used. I dig the themes and colors you guys use for the screen and the fact u can change themes and cover photos for the songs is awesome. I'll eventually upgrade to premium soon. But I wanna see how good your guys shuffle is. I used some other mp3 app b4 this one and I wasn't impressed with. Didn't include as many features and the shuffle always tended to play the same songs and idk why. But I will check it out on here. I know I like all the extras

So I was sooo unhappy when they took away the Google music app. Like devastated. I had tons and tons of music on my phone that I no longer had any way to listen to. I was ticked. I gave up, made a YouTube playlist and dealt with dozens and dozens of ads. Hubby told me about this so I cautiously downloaded it, but it glitches! It will just stop in the middle of a song for no reason. If I go over bumps it's done for. I really wanted to love this but it needs a lot of work to be great. Please fix!!

This is the best offline music player I've ever used. Song quality is great, it's easy to navigate and will send me a notification saying songs are downloaded. I love it. Another great feature is being able to edit the song name, artist, album and cover art for the song. This is a great app. EDIT: dropping a star because I've noticed that when I'm in a phone call the music keeps playing in the background with no sound. If this could be fixed I'd go back to a 5 star rating.

Letting me pull and drag the songs in my playlist to arrange them as I wish is the best thing that I can ask for, and it's free! The equaliser and volume boost options are an added bonus. Ads do pop up when you open a playlist or so, but I've finally found the music app that will last me a lifetime, so a small price to buy the lifetime version is well worth it. monthly and yearly subscription is also available at affordable prices.

I really enjoy this app, it has a couple of issues, like it doesn't always properly display the song or where it's at on its playthrough. Sometimes it gets stuck on the prior song played and you can't see where the current songs progression marker is because of that, but that's the worst I've seen it do, it's been great aside from that! I just wish you could do a little more with the album and song covers. This app, unfortunately, doesn't allow gif files as cover art

The app works well, and the ads aren't terribly obtrusive. It loses a star because, as far as I can tell, there is no way to play albums in the original track order, unless one manually renames all of the tracks to add a number and then sorts alphabetically. As someone whose albums are primarily soundtracks or musicals, this is extremely frustrating.

This thing is a disaster. First the EQ didn't work right. They made it work a little better. NOW the folder, song, album ect. are a COMPLETE MESS!!! There's NO rhyme or reason how ANYTHING is listed and no matter what I select such as by name ect. it doesn't effect it. Also when I try to use the EQ the volume gets very unstable. Finally...every time I try to change an audio setting it goes to the pay screen and I have to remove this before each setting change. Only reverb works OK, nothing else.

This is one of my first reviews. It's an amazing app. Let's you categorize the music in to whatever genre you want. Complete control of the way the music plays for absolute free. Even has a one time pay option instead of just subscriptions. The subscriptions are very affordable. You can customize so much and even boost the volume. This is an amazing app and I highly reccomend.

I've been using this app a while. It's good mostly, but it isn't perfect. The playlists don't play the music I'm the order I put them in which is problematic when listening to a musical, and even if it did there is no way to change the order of the songs once in the playlist so if you accidentally put one in the wrong order you have to manually remove all of the ones after to redo it which sucks with 20+ songs. There is no way to loop one song, which is a basic feature for mp3 players usually.

Just too many ads! I know they're necessary but as soon as I open the app, change a song, search, I have to get through an ad... another gripe is if I'm looking to search for an artist and select a song by the artist, rather than playing all the songs, it will only play the one song you clicked. Not a big deal but I'm use to a continuous play. it does play all my songs, I have some in a diff format, and it will play those, so that's cool. but too many ads man, can't enjoy my music like that.

I purchased the lifetime ad-free since it was on sale. I love the easy customization for songs, as well as the options for the app itself and its widgets. I'm not sure I understand the queue system. There's only a 'play next' option that doesn't seem to add songs to the queue. Also, I'd really like an option just to add the lyrics manually from the customization menu. Sometimes it seems the app just doesn't give me the option. Regardless, I still really enjoy it!

The design and programming of the App itself are fine, I enjoy that part and I would be fine giving a higher rating for that. But (1) the Ads keep popping up and wasting my time, sometimes it requires a minute before I can get to actually playing music. And (2) The demand to upgrade to the latest version is also irritating, mainly because the "Later" option does not work! How about making an Ad-free, totally privacy-safe, version and charging for it?

i REALLY wish i could turn off the animations and change the color scheme of the theme myself. It's really unfortunate that there is no option for either even in the full version. Still 100x better than paying for a subscription though, love that there is the option to purchase and own forever without monthly fees. Would also be super cool if clicking on the artist name from the now playing screen, took me to all songs from that artist.

I love this app! it's very friendly to people who aren't willing to splurge money wise. The only downside (unrelated?) I had to find a Spotify downloader for free to get all 335 of my songs in groups of 20... it took three hours lol but if you're dedicated to the free music listening experience, it's totally worth it. (or if you already have mp3 music downloaded.) over all the themes in this app were cute, and the music was great, I'm sure you'll love it too.

I did the one time payment for the app and have been using it for two years, basically every day. absolutely worth it. The interface is easy to understand, you can look up lyrics- and edit/add them if you want- make playlists, and customize the design of the app. Best of all, it doesn't care if you got your music from Amazon, Bandcamp, or CDs. you can play whatever you put on your phone, and the app is pretty fast at recognizing them. I prefer it 10000x over streaming music or Amazon's awful app

Well, I haven't had this app for very long but the first time I used it the logo screen takes entirely too long to go off and the EQ was working just fine then stopped for no reason but even with the update I just downloaded tonight, it still doesn't work. Oh, the app also freezes my phone once it has been playing songs for so many minutes. 😒😞😖 So far these are my only complaints & everything else is wonderful!!!

It's alright except for the fact that it deleted my songs so I have to reupload them. But honestly I'm not sure if that's me and my phone or the app. Let me know if someone else has this problem. Edit: Seems like having your downloaded music in the download folder of your phone seems to do that ig. Moved the songs into a separate dedicated music folder elsewhere in my phone and my songs reappeared. It's good, plays music without interrupting which is all I wanted.

I have only had this music player installed for a few days, and I already love it. The interface is intuitive to use if you've used literally any other music player app; there are no ads that disrupt your tunes, and best of all, it is the only app I've found where I can listen to my quieter tunes without bursting my eardrums the moment the track changes. I would definitely recommend this app if you want a reliable music player.

By far one of the best free music player on Google play store. The pro version is a little expensive in my opinion, but I have purchased it to get rid of the ads. RM50+ for a lifetime subscription. (I hope years down the line, you will not suddenly change the subscription policy like muzio player, erasing all existing paid users). I'm hoping for one change, that is to add the option to stop at the last song of a playlist. (now only has loop all, loop one song, and shuffle here).

Just great. I will say I got the pro edition immediately (no ads and more features). This is probably the highest quality app I ever paid for. I wish I could get it on my wife's iPhone. I manually added the music to the music folder via a USB cable from my laptop. So I'm not sure how easy it is to use via other methods, however it was as simple as dragging them to the folder and it detects and sorts by the meta data, even pulling up lyrics. Perfect as far as I can tell.
