After the last update from a few days ago, I enter the application automatically. It doesn't ask for a password, there's no fingerprint unlocking, nothing. Considering the kind of application it is, it's embarrassing. And above all dangerous for users.
worst app ever , as they will locked your assets each time u make deposits and required 24hrs to be released for any withdrawal or transfer for new user. really waste of time as it didn't mentioned anything about locking the assets. it keep persisting on locking the assets throughout.
one of the worst app in terms of ux. ui looks great, but where are my pending orders. default convert will use a vety bad rate for you, should tell the user they can put market or limit order for better exchange rate
The platform support is very bad and slow and the fraudulent seller withdrew the assets from the platform during the order dispute and I don't know how this happened
this app is having issues since morning each time I want to swap any token it will keep saying recalculating it has caused me few dollars from trading now thank God for bitget wallet for rescue before I could swap my token I lost few dollars already
Terrible customer service their face verification system is awful. There are much better exchanges and wallets out there than this one.
worst exchange ever, completed their signup campaign and did not receive the reward even tho the app says i successfully completed the task. and customer service is terrible they don't help you at all. I recommend not using this exchange there are other exchanges that let you get the reward as soon as you complete tasks
The app works well and is intuitive, but a lot of times while trying to open it, it just crashes repeatedly. My phone: Redmi A3 (Android version: 14)
According to my experience of using it for more than five months so far, I can strongly recommend everyone to use it, it has easier withdrawal and deposits, no scam or anything like that
I have loss almost 4000$ at this exchange in trade, every trade first seconds go up,, and then they have trading bot , delay in result's the trade go opposite and suddenly and sharply your trade liquidated.
