I had this app on my phone for the past 5 &1/2 months & suddenly 6 days ago the app vanished from my phone & I can no longer install it. I've needed & still need to use this app for my sober living home & I've tried every method possible to install the app but a pop-up window keeps appearing saying "Can't install One Step Recovery"every time I try to install it. So I'm practicing a third step & turning this bs over to my higher power but the developer needs to be aware of how faulty their app is

Many technical problems with the app. Checking in and being checked out without moving and the meeting counter also isn't reliable for accuracy. Now it keeps telling me there is an update but when I click on "update app now" it brings me to Google play store but no updates are available. They need a better code writer but I like the concept, just wish it worked better.

Logs me out every time I exit the app also does not show meetings I have checked into which is not a good thing because this is how I show proof that I have been attending the correct amount of meetings to my treatment program also continues to have a screen pop up that says for me to update the app but when clicked on brings me to the play store but does not show that their is an update.

This app is incredibly CREEPY!!!!!!!!!!! I looked on Google for more details and reviews about it and came up with nothing. This, by itself, is a red flag. It means their image is tightly controlled on Google by whoever is doing their marketing. I looked in my settings at the apps permissions, the hidden ones, and they are too broad. They have access to all your files. Images, videos, etc. It knows what apps your using on your phone and when your using them. It tracks your every movement with

I am very appreciative about the recovery program I applied for an been accepted into called Freedom Ranch Recovery Ministry (Life Gate). It is a great life changing experience. I am grateful for this app to because it helps with the knowledge of the structures of the program and very inspirational to my recovery. The app even tracks my recovery time down to the second. They both, the program and app, together is more than I need to succeed in my subriaty. Thanks and God bless.

This app saved me from relapse. I had a bad day. We all have them sometimes and the only thing my brain could think to do was use again. I called my sponsor - no answer. My therapist- busy. Then I remembered the app I used in treatment and replied to an old message from my treatment team. In minutes I was back on track and pulling myself out of the dark place I never wanted to be again. Thank you One Step :)

This app has performed erratically since day one. It should not need my location when not in use and the meeting counter does not work at all. Have not been able to use about half of the features im supposed to use it for on a daily basis contrary to making life easier it is stressful and annoying.

Another month. Still a headache. I wish I didn't have to use this app but the Redemption House PAYS for the service. This 'cr'app CHARGES A SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE for Admin to an absolutely awful app experience and nigh unusable "features" it's not worth attempting to access unless you exist in a time bubble. ¹Agonizingly slow use ²Not keeping me signed in ³keeps saying "update" swaps to store & NO updates! ⁴In app popups can't close ⁵WON'T save password ¡¡WANTING MY INFO EVEN WHEN NOT USING APP!!

A few minor bugs but otherwise, GREAT APP!! ALSO, I disagree with Ads being involved. Just me personally. I think if a program wants to use this app for its clients they should pay for it instead of the ads page. Slightly frustrating to see ads everywhere anymore...

Its an essential app to help motivate and organize your recovery. Gotta be willing and motivated to actually make use of it, but that's already a requirement to even truly be in recovery. Good luck to all fighting addiction, I love every addict. A huge bug I'm running into is that I cannot reply to any posts on the news feed, I tap the comment portion, my keyboard pops up for a split second then disappears. Using A Galaxy A32.

I only just recently started using this application I like how that I can check in and check out with my silver living I do also enjoy that I can put my task on there as a checklist it is convenient that it goes everywhere with me it has frozen three times since I have downloaded it though and I haven't used it over any sense of period of time yet.

Good app. Advise: Do not forget to check out of meetings. It has auto-checkout, but it glitches. Sometimes auto-checkout works, others not(even if you have strong WIFI or cellular service.)The meeting won't count straight up, or will show after you go back to the location later. If you are part of an organization that uses this app to count your meetings CHECK OUT. I edited this on 3/5/24

today was my 90 day mark, it logged me out on its own and I can't seem to get anybody to help me recover my account. I had some very important journal entries on there. I have enough problems going on to be dealing with this so I'm just waking my hands of it, let's say I do get it recovered, couple months down the road I may have to deal with this again, I would rather not... I'm going back to the composition book. at least their reliable! it's even forcing me to give them one star, half

Great App to help you keep track.

This app has several incredibly annoying glitches. It constantly logs me out and has no way to save login credentials. Almost everytime I use it, it tells me I need to update the app to use it despite there being no update available. Additionally the pass request portion often isn't formated correctly and will not let me submit the request after I have filled it out. The list goes on... It seems like all these problems would be easily correctable if addressed.

It constantly crashes & now I am completely locked out. It says my password is wrong even after changing it

I was signed out of the app and I am now locked out of it. I reached out to onestep and they weren't able to help me login.

this app has so many issues. unfortunately I have to use it for uas in the program im in and I can't even log in. it is saying my credentials are wrong which they are not and the fact that I even did a password change with one of the directors in my program for it to still not be working. to top this all off when I would check in to my meetings it will auto check me out when I am clearly sitting in the group. please fix this issue. thanks
