I had this app on my phone for the past 5 &1/2 months & suddenly 6 days ago the app vanished from my phone & I can no longer install it. I've needed & still need to use this app for my sober living home & I've tried every method possible to install the app but a pop-up window keeps appearing saying "Can't install One Step Recovery"every time I try to install it. So I'm practicing a third step & turning this bs over to my higher power but the developer needs to be aware of how faulty their app is

Many technical problems with the app. Checking in and being checked out without moving and the meeting counter also isn't reliable for accuracy. Now it keeps telling me there is an update but when I click on "update app now" it brings me to Google play store but no updates are available. They need a better code writer but I like the concept, just wish it worked better.

Logs me out every time I exit the app also does not show meetings I have checked into which is not a good thing because this is how I show proof that I have been attending the correct amount of meetings to my treatment program also continues to have a screen pop up that says for me to update the app but when clicked on brings me to the play store but does not show that their is an update.

This app is incredibly CREEPY!!!!!!!!!!! I looked on Google for more details and reviews about it and came up with nothing. This, by itself, is a red flag. It means their image is tightly controlled on Google by whoever is doing their marketing. I looked in my settings at the apps permissions, the hidden ones, and they are too broad. They have access to all your files. Images, videos, etc. It knows what apps your using on your phone and when your using them. It tracks your every movement with

I am very appreciative about the recovery program I applied for an been accepted into called Freedom Ranch Recovery Ministry (Life Gate). It is a great life changing experience. I am grateful for this app to because it helps with the knowledge of the structures of the program and very inspirational to my recovery. The app even tracks my recovery time down to the second. They both, the program and app, together is more than I need to succeed in my subriaty. Thanks and God bless.

This app saved me from relapse. I had a bad day. We all have them sometimes and the only thing my brain could think to do was use again. I called my sponsor - no answer. My therapist- busy. Then I remembered the app I used in treatment and replied to an old message from my treatment team. In minutes I was back on track and pulling myself out of the dark place I never wanted to be again. Thank you One Step :)

This app has performed erratically since day one. It should not need my location when not in use and the meeting counter does not work at all. Have not been able to use about half of the features im supposed to use it for on a daily basis contrary to making life easier it is stressful and annoying.

Another month. Still a headache. I wish I didn't have to use this app but the Redemption House PAYS for the service. This 'cr'app CHARGES A SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE for Admin to an absolutely awful app experience and nigh unusable "features" it's not worth attempting to access unless you exist in a time bubble. ¹Agonizingly slow use ²Not keeping me signed in ³keeps saying "update" swaps to store & NO updates! ⁴In app popups can't close ⁵WON'T save password ¡¡WANTING MY INFO EVEN WHEN NOT USING APP!!
