App doesn’t function, point blank. I created an account, supposedly added funds, then have only gotten error messages. I've logged out and back in and deleted/re-downloaded multiple times, still just getting the same message.

You always have to log in every time you use it. You also have to change your password almost every time you have to use it. You will make reports that laundry, washer or dryer quit working They don't refund your money and they don't fixem. Highly recommend they fix their problems before anybody uses them. most of the washer and dryers are down. Multiple reports have been made for then to fix the washer and dryers the guy shows up and walks out.

This app reminds me of the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Who decided there was any need to migrate from the properly working CSC GO app to this extremely slow, unconnecting, and terrible UI of an app? I could see available washers and dryers from my room in the old CSC GO, that's not working on this new app that was supposed to make things easier. Goodluck adding more time to the dryer.

this app is so terrible. my apartment complex had these guys install their new app here and it barely works. the old app we used was much better. one tap away is more like 20 minutes of tapping trying to get the app to connect to the internet. its better to go to the laundromat instead of use these machines with this particular app. I cannot say enough bad things about this app. half the time it will not connect to the internet, because EVEN LAUNDRY NEEDS INTERNET NOWADAYS. SO DUMB!!!!!!!!!

SCAM STAY AWAY!!! Absolute trash! app never works! When talking to a representative he said he would put in a service request for my location...here's the best part...he never asked for my location and it isn't shown through the app bc I decided to stop sharing my location and BT within the app bc I'm closing my account. and good luck trying to get your money out of the app. SCAM STAY AWAY!!!

Machines are now charging a $0.50 fee for payments made not through the app, but the app's broken qr code scanner (together with its inability to let me manually enter a machine's code or manually select the location of the machine) makes it impossible to pay through the app. Because of the app's inability to refund my account funds, however, my money is now trapped in an app which won't let me spend it. Shame on CSC for pushing this glitchy scam onto their customers.

The app doesn't work just like the last app didn't work. I don't like having to add at least $10 when that's way more than I need and only use the machines once in a while. Customer service is AI and it's terrible, humans are still needed for service issues

would give zero Stars if possible. app is useless. notifies me that my laundry is done and there'll still be 5 minutes left on the washer and then there'll be 20 minutes left on the dryer so frustrating! machines are obviously not in sync with the app. also cannot check the app prior to going to laundry room to see if there's machines available. it just tells you to go to the nearest laundry room to check. well duh! I can see if there's machines available if I go down there in person!

this app is buggy at best. it no longer keeps track of the amount of time on machines, automatically marks them as finished, so it doesn't send text reminders. it takes for ever to load and doesn't always realize I have funds available. it's not very user friendly at all.

Scanner doesn't work at all and you can't back out of the scanner window. you need to force-close and reopen. If my apartment complex hadn't sold out to this company to increase their profit margins, I wouldn't touch this app or the machines it occasionally controls. I'd rather wear dirty laundry all the time.

first time using the app, the button for "scan to use machine" didn't work. second time using the app and it's failing completely throwing multiple errors and not loading anything. it's really disappointing to know I can't do laundry because this app doesn't work and is the only means of paying.

This company is a shitshow. This app operates fine as far as I can tell, however, if you put money on the app and then no longer can use it due to changes in your situation, day goodbye to that money, or go through a tiring process to get your money back. I asked for my money returned a month ago, was told it would occur in 5 to 7 business days, and still no money was refunded to me. I've had to email their customer service again, and who knows if that'll take, but who has time for this?!

After our apartment complex machines were "upgraded" to use the app instead of the card reader, all machines stopped being able to be started. Sometimes it says the machine can't be found. Other times it says machines are in use when they're not. Entire apt complex with over 100 units now has no access to laundry.

this app seems glitchy. the front page has too many menus and still misses the information you're looking for. it needs to have the wash or dry cycle you're using with the amount of time left visible so you can see it at a glance. instead you have to search your way around the app interface to find that info. also, you SHOULD be able to add a few minutes to the dry cycle. many of these machines dont dry right and it's a scam to make us pay for a whole other dry cycle when I just need 10 extra

To add time to the dryer, you can only do 5 minutes at a time and you have to go through the entire scan process to even get the option. The usability is atrocious, CSC app would let me just type the number and immediately let me start. Unlike the previous laundry app, the only way to see which machines are available is to go to the laundry room. This is worse in every way. I'd give zero stars if that was an option

The amount of hoops you have to jump through and errors you encounter in order to do a load of laundry is ridiculous, especially for an app that claims to make it "easier." Having to turn on Bluetooth to scan a QR code is wild, and then it tells me it can't find the machine I just scanned??? And the ambiguous system error that just made me have to stand and troubleshoot (without help) for five minutes in a laundry room with no air conditioning and a window that's nailed shut is not okay, either.

My building just required us to download this app as the only method of paying for laundry, which warrants this 1 star review imho. But furthermore, you must put money onto the app in chunks, the smallest of which is 10$. This is blatant theft as my machine costs 2.85$ a load, so I will never be able to spend the exact amount of money I've given to the app. I'm now in essence paying more for the same service, and some of that cost is calculated waste intended to give the company more.

The payment options are abysmal. You can only have 1 card linked at a time & have to delete it if you want to add a new card. You have to load money into the app rather than paying with a linked card. The app requires permissions it shouldn't need. It never loads properly the first time. The estimated time for the cycles is inaccurate. The "marketplace" in the app is actually insane; why is this 'pay for your laundry' app trying to sell me pet insurance, cleaning services, & internet?!

Apartment just switched to this app, which for some reason requires location services and does not just use Bluetooth to connect to the machine I just scanned. As a result it was unable to find any machines within the entire complex, despite the old app being able to immediately connect via the qr code and Bluetooth. I can only assume the reason for locations services is to use dynamic pricing and allow price fixing by comparing with nearby complexes. This sucks and doesn't even work.

Couldn't do my laundry last night because their servers were down and there is now no other way to run the washing machine where previously I could have just used coins. The process of adding extra time to the dryer is absolute garbage -- takes me a few minutes just to up the time from 45 minutes to 70 minutes, whereas before I could have just used coins in a matter of a couple of seconds. I don't have time for this nonsense. Extremely disappointed in this new system.
