absolute joke! After a few times using it the app completely acts up. You will click on log in and bring you to sign up. Of course, they get all the fees they can from you and then "bugs" enter the app. Please do not use this app long term.
their are way too many bugs in app everytime you login in asks to reset password even if was just on. if requesting a advance asks to reconnect every time even if just did. freezes up randomly as using. the program doesn't advance cause it has you reconnect so always in infinite loop. wouldn't recommend if don't have patience for app bugs or testing purposes. needs work on app.
App started off as one of the best tools for easy financial assistance; however, it has become a nightmare within the last month. My app account was compromised, and I was notified by a representative that I had to create a new one. After my new account was created, I was then informed that I could only borrow up to $50 when prior to this issue; my borrowing limit was $180. I'm currently awaiting a response as to why. Sent 4 requests thus far - was told still working on it. Unacceptable!
I wasn't going to leave a review until I ended up trying another payday advance app that approved me in minutes for $150 when this app took 2 days on a loading screen (that I kept checking) only to deny me without a reason. Then asked me to reapply in 31 days (That's a hard no). I was denied despite having a regular bank account (not chime or PayPal or blah blah blah) my account is years old and I receive regular direct deposits biweekly from a reputable employer. So I went with a different app.
I only managed to get one use from the app before the log-in broke; it forced me to change my password and afterwards, would tell me that the pw was incorrect and make me change it again. Emailed them 13 days ago; told it was being escalated. Asked for update 3 days later but there was none. It's now been eleven days with no update despite receiving email promo saying my subscription is active and costs being taken from my account. Just sent cancellation request. I recommend avoiding.
horrible app. tried signing up my bank account 5 different times. have emails confirming that my bank account was connected but Everytime I log in it makes me connect my bank account again.
I use multiple apps for advances some definitely better than others. this one particular is the only 1 of the 7 I use that tells me no. my account gets tons of cash flow I pay back all of my loans with every app I use..... your loss one blinc
💯👌🏽👍🏽always comes through, and I have not had any issues. So far, with this app, you basically climb the ladder with them, which is cool
Don't waste your time. They'll tell you to come back next month every time you check for an advance. Never had an issue like this before with any other cash advance app.
