Paid for subscription and won't let me upload pics, tried contacting on numerous times only to never get a reply!!!! Absolutely DISPICABLE behavior. Oh and the email they have, I've just tried sending one again and it's an invalid address!!!!!!
Good app. I really like many things in the app. Just wish I didn't have to pay to unlock some features since I neither have a credit card or debit card. I'd appreciate it if you added other payment methods, especially for Cameroonians.
Practically 0 stars cause i can't upload pictures i even convert them to jpg files as the app ASKED and NOTHING, months ago i had the same problem not a single update for that! Edit: I even screenshot the pictures in hope i can low the quality not even that worked also the developers seems not to reply to this issue!
Have paid for premium won't let me upload a single picture. Have emailed app and they never respond. Fake, scam app. Don't be fooled 30/01/20 this app is scam .. no support i have emailed several times and tried to cancel my subscription and no they have charged me again and i still have no access to upload a pic or sending messages total scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Subscribed but account keep saying I need to subscribe. I asked help with customer service, they say am not subscribed. But I am still being billed every month. No where else to go but called to have them banned from continuously charging me for a service that wasn't even provided.
After getting all your information they will block you. Like I have opened two accounts which they blocked saying I'm temporary disabled. This app is not useful at all. I think they want fake people, once your informations are true they will disable you, especially you uploaded many pictures you're automatically disabled .
Won't let me upload pictures..? Says I've reached the limit of uploading pics but I literally just made an account. And when I check my profile to try to upload a profile pic, still says the same thing. I'm disappointed because its rated over 4 stars and many people have downloaded, but I'm not paying 68 bucks to upload one simple profile pic :(
Absolute scam. Stay away and save your money. I sent someone a like, only to be met with her picture being blurred and then being asked to upgrade. I did, stupidly thinking I'd be able to message her to then find that I cannot contact this person at all for 30 days. What's the point?? Other sites allow premium members to contact anyone, and standard members to be able to reply to premium members once they are messaged first.
I was on this app 1 day and I was kicked out!!! I could not log in and submitted a request for help and Vicki-staff said I violated terms and conditions? No other explanation? The only thing I can think after reading the terms and condions is using my first name!? I didn't even upload nudes in the lock messages. Just confused. F you!!!
I enjoyed this app for only 2days and then boom they want me to pay. I can't access anything anymore. Immediately I open the app they want me to verify my account with payment. So I may lose it. I wonder others are paid to talk only good about it.
