Their support is terrible, the tone and content of their answer when you have a problem shows you really bother them. I had 2 numbers, none worked properly for a 3 weeks trip, I sent about 8 emails, and their support person wrote me an email with a tone that was far less than courteous. In summary, spend your money somewhere else.
You buy a number and it does not get added to your account and yet they love to charge you for nothing. This app is just a scam or con, under no circumstances use it you will be wasting your money and never get it back. Steer clear there are many others better out there... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Good app ! Easy to use and manage several different numbers on the go. Update : Issue with dark theme, the text color of people that reply in your messages is almost the same color of the background. It's just unreadable.
The drains battery down, the offer is really complicated to understand. After buying a number for 120€, you have to buy another subscription for each country. I guess it doesn't really suits my need, skype or Google voice are better options.
This company sold me a number then later removed it from me if I didn't subscribe to monthly fee. How to trust them? They should have applied the subscription to new customers who hadn't already purchased a number early. If terms are just changed like that better go somewhere else.
The app and service are a total joke, I paid for a month to try out this service and when I try to validate it calls to different numbers that are not even related to this app, I sent a msg to support it's been 24 hrs and no reply if you don't fix this I will charge back with my bank and get my money back. You are are wasting my time.
After using it for a while I had to port the number to another carrier, but I was charged anyway. I contacted the guys, they did a quick check and I got a refund immeditely. They're really professional, the app continues to be perfect even after you stop using it ;-)
Be carfull Sounds they are scammers ,I have paid them and was waiting to activate the number , they keep ask me to call unreachable numbers , then their support said we can not anything for you, and there is not refund I send them all prouves that I follow Thier plans, give the app full access,... But it never been activated Sounds professional scam , and they know how to do it .
I will give 5 stars when my issue is ameliorated .I've been using this app for years with different cell phones and I've paid for year long contracts with phone numbers but I can use none of the ones I've purchased. Suddenly there's a button that says "validate" and gives loose instructions on how to which do not work no matter what I do. The last time I had an issue with you all you wanted me to send a copy of my.passpirt to your company in France, which I am not doing now as I did not do then.
Absolutely fantastic app so clever and so easy to use... I love it! Well done. ... until now! ... this past month my onoff app won't work and keeps saying it is sending a verification request to my email ... but nothing arrives. I cannot access the app at all .... useless! ... and i have paid for full year on 2 numbers!
