Description
Been using the OnStar Guardian: Safety App for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you and your family safety services like roadside assistance and help in a crash – no matter what vehicle you’re in, even your motorcycle. Sounds pretty useful, right?
Here’s what you can do with it: There’s this crash detection thing where the app can automatically call for help if it senses you’ve been in an accident. And you can share the app with up to 7 family members at no extra cost, so everyone’s covered. It’s got a family locator too, which is pretty cool if you’ve got kids.
Look, if you’re into having that peace of mind for you and your loved ones, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if safety is a priority.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on the OnStar Guardian: Safety App. I've tested a bunch of these safety/security apps and this one's pretty solid. The automatic crash detection is a great feature that can get you help fast if you're ever in an accident. And being able to share it with family is super convenient. The only downsides I've found are that the app can be a little slow sometimes, and the monthly cost might be too much for some people. But if safety and peace of mind are important to you, I'd say this is one of the better options out there.
Pros & Cons
