So here's my take on Opendoor - Buy and Sell Homes. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's pretty solid. The convenience factor is huge - being able to handle both buying and selling in one place is a game-changer. The instant offers are nice, but the ability to directly buy homes below list price is the real standout feature in my opinion. On the downside, the app can be a bit glitchy at times and the onboarding process isn't the most intuitive. But overall, if you're in the market for a new home, this is one of the better options out there.
