So here's my honest take on Openroad: Help in a Car Crash. I've tested a bunch of driving safety apps and this one's pretty good. The automatic crash detection works well most of the time, and the 24/7 emergency response is a nice peace of mind. It's not as advanced as some hardware-based products, but it's a lot more convenient since it's just an app. The battery drain is a bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, Openroad is a solid option if you want an extra layer of safety without having to install special hardware in your car.

I don't know how it works as I've never needed it but it's a major battery hog. If you turn on battery optimization it nags you to turn it off....
A great app with a beautiful user interface. Super useful to have just in case - completely free and no reason not to give it a try
