So here's my honest take on OpenTable. I've tested a bunch of restaurant apps and this one's pretty solid. The discovery features are great for finding new spots, and being able to book right in the app is really convenient. The only downsides are that the higher-level upgrades can get grindy, and the ads get old after a while. But it's free to play and you don't really need to spend money to enjoy it. Overall, a great option if you want to discover new restaurants and make reservations on the go.

Description

Been using OpenTable for a couple months now. It’s basically a restaurant discovery and reservation app. Pretty solid if you’re into finding new places to eat.

Here’s what you do: you can browse through tons of restaurants, filter by cuisine or occasion, and read reviews to find the perfect spot. And there’s also a feature that helps you find places near your location – really handy when you’re trying to figure out where to go. And you can manage your reservations all in the app, which is super convenient.

Look, if you’re into eating out and trying new restaurants, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

Difficult to use; more steps than bank verification. Verification sent via text then, I have to have it sent to my email. Sit there and wait and nothing happens. Too...
