Description
Been using OpenWeather for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather app that gives you super detailed forecasts. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping track of the weather.
Here’s what you can do – you can check the forecast for the next week and see exactly when it’s gonna rain or be sunny. There’s also this cool feature that tells you the best times of day for things like running or biking. Took me a while to figure that one out but it’s actually really useful.
Look, if you’re the kind of person who’s always checking the weather, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a more in-depth weather app than your basic one.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on OpenWeather. I've tested a bunch of weather apps and this one's pretty solid. The level of detail is impressive - you get minute-by-minute precipitation forecasts and recommendations for the best time of day to do outdoor activities. The interface is clean and easy to use too. On the downside, the free version has ads that can get old after a while. And some of the more advanced features are hidden a bit, so it takes some digging to find them. But overall, if you're a weather nerd like me, OpenWeather is definitely worth a download.
